Barry and Paul’s Predictions GW23

Welcome to Barry and Paul’s Predictions GW23. We’re back! Miss us? No I didn’t think so, But we’re sure you’ve all missed making your predictions, in a calm and orderly fashion, on a weekly basis, not 4 gameweeks all at once. GW23 see’s the Premier League fixture schedule return to normality, the Double Gameweek is but a distant memory, so lets see how you’ve all fared over the festivities shall we…

Weekly Leaderboard GW’s 19 – 22

GW19 WINNER = Rosco on 10 pts. Tied for 2nd place were Kop, DenPeryDidIt and Fieldy.

GW20 WINNER = DMC on 13 pts. Tied for 2nd place were micbarca10 and Fieldy.

GW21 WINNER = RedRobbo on 13 pts. 2nd place was MBD, 3rd place was Elle.

Cumulative Overall League Table
As you can see below we now have a shiny new league table. If you have a Grav and its not showing then just let us know in the comments and we’ll be sure to update it next week.

Rules & Scoring for the new GW23 Competition
Correct Score = 3 points
Correct result = 1 point
Correct 1st goalscorer = 5 ponts
Points are awarded on an ‘either or’ basis, so you’ll either score 3 points or 1 point for a correct prediction, these are never added together for a 4 point score.
So just to recap all you need to do is copy and paste the fixtures from below, pop your score prediction on each and if you say 1-0, you mean 1-0 to the home team. Not either team. Capiche?
Oh, and add your 1st goalscorer of the week prediction. Probably best if you go for someone in the earlier games! 😉
Here are the fixtures, best of luck to you all!

Saturday 13th January (15.00)
Chelsea v Leicester
Crystal Palace v Burnley
Huddersfield v West Ham
Newcastle v Swansea
Watford v Southampton
West Brom v Brighton
Tottenham v Everton (17.30)

Looks like Couts is still owned by 9.3% of players which is over half a million. If they don’t transfer him out what happens? Does he just sit on the team and get substituted every game until the season ends like normal?
