Just as most sensible and forward thinking nations (Spain & Germany spring to mind) look at logging off for a few weeks to recharge their batteries, we decide to flog our players to near exhaustion. Bit of a different take this week and it’s driven by what I’ve seen so far this season in terms of FPL. It only took me six rounds to get my act together, but I followed my own advice (finally) and just loaded up on the smart plays instead of trying to think outside the box. That’s just a polite way of telling you all that I’m really kind of stupid, and sometimes I try to overcompensate for my condition with some risky plays. It was pointed out to me last week that I have a habit of answering questions that I pose to myself. Do I care? I do not.
