Fantasy Premier League Promoted Teams Analysis FPL 2018/19 Cardiff City We start our look at the promoted teams with a trip across the Severn Bridge to Cardiff. Neil Warnock’s men finished second behind Wolves in last season’s Championship which sees them return to the top flight for the first time since their relegation in 2014.
