Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 18

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 18. And we are back. Again! Get used to the quick turnaround as it is exciting times right now. Presents to buy? Turkeys to prepare? Nah, screw that, it’s football time! Leicester and Palace kick off a bumper weekend that goes all the way through until Monday night this time. They get going at lunch-time on Saturday and are followed by five 3pm games. Saturday evening sees possibly the game of the week as Man City host Spurs in what is a truly mouth-watering clash.

Sunday has two games with Man united visiting Pardew and his West Brom team first, followed by Bournemouth hosting Liverpool. Or at least whichever version of Liverpool Klopp chooses to actually place on the field this time.

We continue through to Monday with Allardyce faced with a home game he is expected to win. Grinding out away draws are more his speciality so this one could be testing as Swansea roll up, legs akimbo.

    Evening all.

After sone awful weeks im Pretty happy with 43 And Ddg, salah and DCL to play. Just annoyed i drunkenly transferred morata in for firmino last night!

What’s everyone’s plan for richarlison going forward? He has really good fixtures but something appears to be missing from his game atm

      highaction says:

Certainly concern there hammers, It seems almost as if Watford has lost something overall. I think I’m holding for now as he’s still guaranteed starts.

      • hammers says:

Would I be crazy swapping hazard to kdb, to give me funds for richarlison to zaha?

        • highaction says:

I don’t see that as crazy at all hammers… De Bruyne is about as consistent as you can get, even for that money… and though Hazard shows his pedigree one week, he seems to go quiet for a few just after… I don’t like to see him up top (well, actually I do when I don’t own him). Zaha looks great lately but I’d keep my eye on Lanzini as well in that bracket.

        • hammers says:

Yeah thought about lanzini too. Especially with that dgw coming

      Front Three says:

After the Everton debacle, Silva seems to be working very hard to get himself sacked.Otherwise, how can one explain these silly loses after Watford refused him to joining Everton.

Greetings FPL brethren, hope everybody had an acceptable-ish Saturday, though there were certainly some surprises. A little early crowd sourcing to see what kind of snap judgments you’d all make. 2FT 0.7ITB. I’m worried about Kolasinac and Groß has certainly got to go. This is how I would currently line up next week. Any thoughts?

    Kruzcampo says:

Really? For Salah to put his feet up and watch the match when Klopp says rest time? Got to happen sometime!!

      Elleffcee says:

Kruz, little bit of talk about Mane + Mo being the 2 rested for tomorrow.

      • Kruzcampo says:

I have Salah and although Klopp says he is a fit guy I think it could be his time for a rotational rest, unless he needs to be thrown on to dig them out of the mire. I would prefer them to play a strong team and win the game before resting the players. But we all saw what happened in Sevilla!!

    BennyB says:

Happy with my score so far. Everyone contributed (except Kane!) and still got Salah, Firmino, DDG & DLC to play.

Not happy with Firmino’s game time of late, so thinking Azpi, Hazard & Firmino to Christensen, KDB & Morata for a -4. Good moves?

    Kruzcampo says:

Seen West Hams fixtures through to February and a missed GW with a double to follow? Clear sailing through to the middle of Feb with only Spuds to worry about . Rambo to Lanzini looks to be the way forward for me!!
