Not having a great GW so far.
If KDB/Jesus blank again tomorrow I am considering getting rid and bringing in Mkhitaryan/Lukaku for GW3.

    Right move?

I have 2FT and am thinking Pogba and a United defender are my two best options now considering fixtures but I don’t have a clue who to take out to fund it.
If I want to upgrade Willian to Pogba, my only option is to drop Alonso (has tough fixtures but, well, he proved a point today). If I drop Salah for Pogba I can change any of my defenders but I am clueless at to which one.

Bertrand – fixtures are great until GW11 with attacking potential so planned to leave him until then, although I have doubled up with Forster

Davies – good fixtures in a great defence, takes set pieces and already proved attacking worth

Kolasinac – Arsenal look awful but 3 home games in next 5 look good and if he gets pushed to WB, I need him

Kompany – looked solid against Brighton – could consider Stones or Otamendi from GW6 to bank an extra 0.5.

Alonso – 16 points today says it all, though their fixtures aren’t great until GW14, they are the champions and I expect clean sheets from them against big teams and away from home.

The other option is Forster to De Gea – had planned this move from GW12 when Sotons fixtures get harder and United have finished their tough patch. However, he’s at no risk of rotation unlike the rest of the defence, but I think him and Forster will see similar scores at the end of GW11.

Any other suggestions? No United defender and choose another option maybe – West Brom?

Think I may wildcard soon and go back to a more attacking formation with Kane, maybe in time for Swansea. Similarly, I may play Eriksen and Alli in midfield which should cover a lot of Spurs points at £3m cheaper.

Lots to consider, I hate this game…

      That defence is mental

      • Mr Bean says:

Much preferred the 6 mil defensive options to the 6 mil attacking options (Mooy and Mounie on the radar now) at beginning.
Was kind of an experiment I know a few people have discussed in the past and MLS fantasy this year inspired me to try it. Just need to find the right combo now.
WBA are the only cheap defensive option i’d consider now.

      Solid team mate.
KDB to Pogba and Forster to DDG could be an option

      • Mr Bean says:

Think Salah is more worth his place in the team than KDB? Rotation annoys me, especially when Coutinho is back if he stays

        • Kunal says:

Salah will play definitely. Has been good for Liverpool all round. KDB for me isn’t worth his price tag. And don’t think Salah will be benched again

        • Mr Bean says:

I hope he does, he looks good every time he comes on and Pool Arsenal must have goals in it…will wait till the game tomorrow night and see KDB then – 10 mil is a lot I agree and city points could come from anywhere

      Brookyboy says:

Kola to West Brom defender Willian to Pogba/Mikki ?

      • Mr Bean says:

Definitely an option but Arsenals fixtures look so tempting…albeit Arsenal don’t. Also I would need to play the WBA defender every week and their fixtures dont look great after GW7.

        Definitely a thought though.

Another Kane captaincy, but at least my faith in Alonso has been repaid. Will be back midweek with research.
