Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30. Our game-week kicks off with the friendly coming together of Man Utd and Liverpool at Old Trafford. A lunchtime kick off should mean that even the scousers are not completely pissed before kick off.

Five 3pm matches follow – dull Everton welcome all-conquering Brighton, Huddersfield entertain Swansea, Southampton take the long and likely pointless trip to Newcastle, doomed West Brom take on Leicester and the clarets meet in London as Burnley travel to West Ham.

The evening match sees Palace take the short trip north of the Thames to Chelsea.

Sunday sees two matches – the comedy show that is Arsenal host Watford before North London’s no.1 go to Bournemouth.

Our game-week ends as we see if our runaway leaders Man City can do it on a cold night in Stoke. They will.

Does anyone know when the DGW fixtures will be confirmed?

Hi Banjo. I think it’s around the 18th March

Kane injury really sucks! Really glad Poch didn’t put Llorente in though.
FPL wise I’m pissed that I didn’t go with Mkhi as captain. Arsenal’s inconsistency was the only reason I didn’t. Oh well, glad I have him!
On 48 pts with Sterling left and Stanislas to come in if he doesn’t play.

    Morning all.
Any one thinking about playing there free hit this week?

It’s a difficult one. I am not. Fixtures could go either way in a lot of them. Bournemouth stands out for me at home to West Brom. Everyone will captain Salah. Stoke v Everton could go either way. With Coleman and Baines now back Everton might be more solid. Palace are leaking goals but Huddersfield could not break down 10 men Swansea which is a concern

Have user my FT and have this lot now. Should I take a -4 and move kun? As smash has pointed out above is the any power house forward worth a punt. Might sound nuts but was thinking Benteke

I’d wait on Kane as he might be out for longer. I was looking at Wilson though I know he’s not in form but is capable of double digits

      • Gavy says:

Wilson is a good call too. Kane didn’t look that bad walking off but hard to know.
But do you think I should hit on one of them?

        • Smash10 says:

Kane left in a protective boot I believe. I think we will find news later today. But I’m guessing he will miss a month at least. I’m still trying to decide on hits this week or not so torn. Possibly worth a punt for a forward

        • Gavy says:

Ya I just read up on kane their. He looks like he’ll be misss the friends with England. So will be a few weeks. Just an FYI I read that on the sun lol so a punch of salt is needed. If he’s out for a month I’ll have to take a hit to safe money. Son will become a must with his form

All speculation at this point but it’s the same ankle he always does.

Very undecided about bringing in a GK for this GW or not. Tempted to improve my attack more and go without. As for a striker, Benteke, Sorloth, Mounie or Tosun!? Are the first two nailed?
