Grab, Avoid or Bore Off! – Fantasy Premier League 2017-18 Part 1

The International break is here and it is of course time for another edition of Bore Off! As ever during the international break we take the time to catch up with some of our site regulars, ask them how their seasons are going and get their thoughts on some key issues that we all want answers to. And then of course ask them some stupid questions that we all really don’t want answers to but are too intrigued to look away. Joining us for part 1 of this double header are Rosco, Swirly and Matt. Thanks for taking the time out to answer our questions guys. Over to you…

    Hi Gang,

    Hope you are all well.

Just a quick question – I want to get rid of Cedric and was thinking of getting Smalling in his place. I already have Jones, Otamendi, Naughton and Mbemba. United have 3 games coming up in which I think they will be able to keep clean sheets.

I have 0.6 in the bank.

Can I have your thoughts please.

If u were on a wc. Would u have 3 big hitters up top or heavy midfield ?

Tough to say for sure without seeing the two options. I think I’d lean towards the big 3 up top though. There does seem to be the odd cheap striker emerging, but right now there’s better budget options in midfield. Do you have a couple of drafts in place to show us?

Was set on a WC with Kun/Kane/Morata/Salah/Silva but can’t really settle on a decent enough defense with those 5. We’ll see.
