Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 15 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW15 is live! Nothing like a lunch time kick-off to get the scoring going, or is there? A match up between Stoke and Man City is a fixture between the top scoring team versus the worst. Kinda hard to gauge if this will be a City at their mauling best or a Stoke at their boring best. After that affair we have six games set to launch at three o’clock. Arsenal will look to take their frustrations out on Sunderland, Man U tangles with a complicated side in West Ham. Saints will be happy to see Villa after suffering two straight losses, the Welsh get to witness the arrival of the best player alive when Vardy graces them with his presence. Watford plays patty cake with Norwich and West Brom looks to put a stop to the machine that is now Tottenham. In the last of the Saturday fixtures we get a glimpse of the comedy that has become Chelsea who face off with a Bournemouth side that is no less a clown themselves so far this season.
Sunday sees one fixture. Liverpool looks to win a third on the bounce when they square off versus Newcastle. Le Toon have allowed 17 and scored 2 in their last four losses, so we should see the floodgates open if the Scousers can get an early goal.
Monday finishes off the week with what has become a very fantasy relevant game when Lukaku, Barkley and company look to please their FPL believers against a Palace side who will also have some backing across the back line and mids. We could see some considerable rankings movement after this game for many. Hope you are loaded up! Cue a 1-1 game with irrelevant FPL scorers now.

30 points till now and 34 on the bench. Ouch.
the transfer button should be disabled on a Sat night
What have you gone and done Dreamers?!
Hi Cookie , how you doing?
The transfer itself is solid, just the timing – brought in Alderweirdeld for Bertrand
I did exactly the same thing Dreamers. Aldi for Cedric. What have I done wrong….other than wrongly rushed as the price didn’t go up?
Hi Swiss – players to play, europe mid week, only a 0.1 change
Dreamers / Cookie
I’ll take responsibility for that one. It is a good move. I didn’t realise you were doing it last night though Dreamboy
beer impact TGP
Don’t worry bout it Dreamers – thought it was going to be something horrific. Like buying Hazard, for example.
Yeah buying Hazard was a mistake. I want rid again. Keep getting stung by him
Getting rid of Hazard after just this? Bit crazy if you ask me. Problem with Hazard currently is that there are too many midfielders at Chelsea going for own glory, such as Willian/Pedro/Oscar. Last season the team was build around Hazard, which is the best. Yesterday also, Hazard was supposed to be the central striker but Oscar was there all the time, which was bloody annoying because Oscar was freaking invisible. Hazard had a few good dribbles and a few shorts on target. He still has the tendency to go wide, I would prefer him behind the striker or just wander around, also don’t want to see him track back and helping out the defense. Think it was Ruud Gullit that said last week that someone like Hazard needs the same freedom as a Messi or a Ronaldo, let him put all his energy in attacking. Anyway, Mourinho failed with his tactics yet again, yesterday. Though, I must say Bou was setup great and there also lies the problem for Chelski, the teams know how to setup against them. It’s like there is a manual to beat Chelsea now.
Same could be said for United by the way. United are an absolute bore but they seem solid in the back. But are they? Just hang around on your own half, they won’t come and/or do shit. Try to break out late in the second half and run away with a sneak win. You could try the Arsenal way but most teams are not setup as good as Arsenal was when they destroyed United.
Ps. Mourinho’s ego and stubborness cost Chelski the match yesterday, he should’ve started Costa. They are more dangerous with him on the pitch. Now they conceded a late goal and had to go all out. I would def. bench the likes of a Pedro/Oscar for Costa, especially if you consider they already have so many mids. Who was in the box? On that note, both Costa and Remy seem to forget about their positioning, even when both were on they weren’t at the right place at the right time, which is key for a striker. Costa works too much, runs too much to the flanks, he should just stick to the penalty area, many balls were delivered there. *shakes head* *
See what you mean….but I couldn’t afford him if he went up. I guess I’ll be praying to St Ben Dinnery (patron saint of injured footballers) on Thursday night!!!
Woke up to see a big fat red arrow after 4 green GWs.
Huge games needed from Skrtel and Lukaku! Come on boys!
You won’t gain much from Lukaku. High ownership and prob a popular captain choice.
Will be great for my ML though where most have captained KDB and Ozil.
FFS, I am going with sensible moves from now on. Cap the likes of Ozil, Lukaku instead of differentials. Differentials just don’t work out lately. Annoying as shit. On your comments about Hazard from before. If and when Sanchez returns, Hazard to Sanchez is a very easy swap.
GW 19 is where Hazard > Sanchez would be ideal.
Indeed, are you not worried about the lack of Unitd defense? And watcha reckon my next move should be? Be honest and don’t say the opposite of what you think. HAHAHA! Evil B!
Anyway. I was thinking Costa to Kane with my ft or Costa to Kun and Kolarov to Moreno for 4 point hit. First one might be the best move. Everybody will be capping him. Only reason I lost points the past few weeks is because I went with caps that weren’t choosen by the mass. My team, did okay, just my cap choices have been bad. Just go with Ozil/Kane/Lukaku like every simpleton here is doing.
Raz
Costa > Aguero the best move. They play Swansea next, and if Aguero is fit, I think he will be the better captain choice as compared to Kane because of how Swansea is free falling.
ZOMG B, you even have terrible red arrows in the Chelski fan league. That’s beyond bad. :p
People who bought Hazard, let us not feel like chumps. Those who captained him, yes, you have all right to drown in your own tears, but the rest of us, we need to be hopeful. Hazard plays Leicester next, a defense that looks strengthened as of recently, but is always looking for opportunities to be breached deliberately.
Our other alternatives to Hazard as Sanchez replacement this GW were:
Silva: Scored same as Hazard, and is only half a million cheaper than him.
Mata: Yes, he was being considered because of fixtures, but he only managed 3 points this GW.
Mane: Had 2 great fixtures coming up, and could have been an exciting purchase, but he blanked against Villa!
Eriksen: Was the prime candidate to replace Sanchez given Spurs’ form and fixtures, and would have been a delight for those who did not have Kane. Guess what? BLANK!
Lanzini (for lulz): Was considered as the next Payet. Big fat ZERO.
I can only be optimistic going forward, three tasty fixtures coming up for Hazard.
Let us hope Coutinho does not feature, and Barkley stays silent, so that our Hazard purchase is justified. B)
Barkely and Deaouolaldouaofafouiouoaiuoiuiouiouoiu are the only ones that can damage us. Let’s be hopeful the Crystal Palace defense is setup properly since 90 percent of the people have Lukaku/Barkley/Dealoufouoeiuaifuioeuioauioueiouaifuioeuaiuioeuaiouaioa.
