Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 10 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
The deadline bell has rung and your decisions are final – starting XI, order of your subs and most importantly your captain has been decided and there ain’t no turning back now…
GW10 begins at 12.45pm on Saturday as Newcastle host Liverpool in the early game.
There are then six 3pm games which feels like a treat for once with the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton and Southampton all featuring, and they are in full –
Arsenal vs Burnley
Chelsea vs QPR
Everton vs Swansea
Hull vs Southampton
Leicester vs West Brom
Stoke vs West Ham
Sadly this week there is no Saturday evening game but we get back under way on Sunday with a cracker at 1.30pm with the Manchester derby as City host Utd.
Sundays action concludes with Aston Villa hosting Spurs at 4pm.
Monday evening sees Sunderland go to Crystal Palace at 8pm which may be the most uninspiring of climaxes ever but we don’t set the fixtutre calendar, unfortunately. Yet.
Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.
Good luck for GW9 from all at FF247!

Please Vote – Fantasy Football Blog Awards
As you may have noticed (!) we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Best FPL Football Blog award (FBA). The finals take place on November 13th at the National Football Museum in Manchester. Voting closes in exactly one week and it’s looking a close run thing so every last vote counts at this stage. If you could take just 2 minutes to vote via one of the links on the left here it would be massively appreciated. We would love nothing more than to bring home an award for you all!

Best replacement for the value-shedding Sterling? My team is linked. I can *just* afford ADM or Hazard, not Sanchez. Don’t fancy risking Walcott just yet, with the break looming. Anyone got any solid differential picks? ADM seems the best bet, even though he’s out of sorts a bit right now he has immense potential. Though Hazard or even Oscar is tempting- triple Chelsea attack arguably overkill though.
Pippin. Hazard seems to fit your bill best. I don’t have a problem with triple coverage so long as you’re not creating a problem in the near future where that team have a horrible fixture. That’s why I always try to never have more than 2 from a team (and not from any silly notion that they’ll ‘take points off each other’)
Thankfully a team like Chelsea are hardly ever gonna be in that situation, so I wouldn’t let that dissuade me.
Cheers Bry. Hazard over ADM? I’ve done fine without Di Maria, or Utd coverage generally, so far but I just wonder whether they’ll click at some point. Hazard seems the kind of player you need to hold for several weeks- he doesn’t score consistently, rather explosively.
This is shaping up to be one of the best FFL seasons for some years. Why? Because despite quite a lot of talk about template teams to around week 9, it is now clear that there are actually a lot of good players and teams are going to start to look quite different but still score similar or high points. A case in point is that one of my mini-league friends had Sanchez and Chambers whilst I had neither. However, he only scored two points more than me.
It will get harder to outperform which should suit the best managers. Best of luck to everyone.
