Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 24 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
GW24 is live! We hope you are happy with your transfers, your line-up and your all important captain selection as there’s little else you can do now other than sit back and watch the action unfold. Live Match Chat is your chance to have your say on the line-ups as they are announced, the games as they happen and the fallout afterwards!
Nothing like a lunchtime derby to get us going, in particular one that is famous for goals galore. We say test the theory and start Roberto Soldado. The North London derby is followed by five 3 o’clock kickoffs which include most of the probable captain choices on everyone’s team. Saturday’s games are anchored by the Merseyside derby in the late game and then Sunday sees the conclusion of the GW with 3 fixtures, including an intriguing match up as Manchester United visit Boleyn Ground stadium to tangle with the hammers.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so you can see yourself climbing the leaderboard and earning all that money that you will soon handover to your significant other.
Saturday in full…
Spurs v Arsenal 12:45pm
Aston Villa v Chelsea 3pm
Leicester v Crystal Palace 3pm
Man City v Hull City 3pm
QPR v Southampton 3pm
Swansea v Sunderland 3pm
Everton v Liverpool 5:30pm
Sunday sees three fixtures to conclude GW24.
Burnley v West Brom 12pm
Newcastle v Stoke 2:05pm
West Ham v Man Utd. 4:15pm
Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.
Good luck to absolutely everyone for GW24 from all at FF247!

Thanks very much, SwissChocks. Still getting used to the idea of seeing team sheets. Being in eastern Canada, I’m never sure how far ahead of game time I need to make a decision. I’d appreciate the timeframe for Tuesday night, if you can let me/us know.
Yes, if you’re not sure about the time. Ask a Swiss Clock.
As opposed to Swisschocks…………
Should I drop Tadic and pick up Mane?
Mane is a great shout at the moment.
I worry about rotation for midweek. Tadic could come in then.
Bobfest, see Raz’s reply to 138.4 as I think this could’ve been meant for you. +1 from me.
I think 138.4 is a response to the panic in the post above. All I need to know is if Mane has taken Tadic’s place as the starter.
Bobfest, your team still isn’t linked so 138.4 is applicable. That said, my hunch is that Koeman will rotate. These (Mane, Tadic, Djuricic) all seem to be high-octane attacking midfielders, good for goals but they won’t always play so it depends on the rest of your squad whether they’re risks you should accommodate. If you need a nailed-on starter then Siggy makes better sense.
Thanks. I see what you’re saying. I play in a draft league so my options are limited. My attackers are: Carroll, Rooney, Pelle, Fabregas, Sigurdsson, Tadic, ADM and Puncheon. I can pick up Mane because he’s available.
But my team is actually linked….
Sooooo….. I don’t know what the fuss is about !!
Evening bros
I’m in the shit!! I’ve dropped from 10k to 160k in the last few months.. HELP
I took Kane out for Studge and that backfired really bad. Only scored 32 after a minus 8. :cuckoo:
I think I need to put Kane back in but for who?
Any advice will be great fully received.
Cheers
Shotts
Shotts, I’d suggest you go to your favoured search engine and enter the terms “gkw vile disgusting tips” to find detailed advice from me. It’s now slightly dated, but should still be useful for someone in your predicament. Chin up, mate -160k is (mathematically) still better than most people Stick with your decision to manage without Kane, he now has 2 tricky fixtures and a blank week so just see how he does and then probably bring him in for his DGW in GW28.
Do I stick with my players or can you see any pressing changes that need to be made?
Not pressing, Shotts, but you should plan to replace Wasilewski before GW27 so you can (hopefully) field 11 players then without having to get rid of any of your Chelsea and a Spurs players.
Just to confirm , i do banterbury leagues in my our time, gutted i get shit of people , will not be doing next year !!!
Sorry to hear that, bench – I was looking fwd to participating next season. Why don’t you just throw out anyone who’s out of order?
I’m sure everyone appreciates everything you do bro. Ignore the trolls continue the good work..
i have bigger fish to fry, see you soon
B.
Screw anyone who’s giving you crap.
Kick them out.
Bant is one of the best things about FF.
Pretty Average gameweek from me. Just 47 points. But i have dropped 107k spots in 5 weeks. Need some help with this team. 1FT and 1.3 in the bank. Thoughts?
Tom, you need to shore up your defence for the rest of the season. Bertrand (after suspension) and Terry are sound, but the others all need replacing. Definitely Wasilewski to Bellerin, and maybe even take a hit to switch Wisdom to Monreal/Zouma/Wollscheid/Alderweireld. The rest can wait…
Looking to get back Bertrand. Do keep in mind that after his suspension he will play that first game, second game will be versus Chelsea so he can’t play. >.<
Though, I would never start a defender versus Chelsea anyway, unless it’s Baines. Which I did, and he got me an assist.
But hasn’t Bertrand signed on permanent for the Saints? No loan deal in place now so free to play?
Yep he has, should be fine to play.
Hi guys, I hope you had a good Gameweek and the plans for the midweek games are underway.
I somehow managed to sneak a second Banterbury Champions league win this weekend. Currently got 2 wins 2 loses, Group A is wide open now as Shep won too.
Cracking competition in there. Top job Bench and of course FF247.
All the best
