The Boot Room – Rate My Team GW 38 – FPL Fantasy Football Premier League

Photo 02-01-2014 11 40 06 Game-week 37 is still in progress, if ‘progress’ is a word that can be applied to it! At this point it’s less than a ‘damp squib’. Big names have either failed to produce, got themselves injured or in some cases failed to even appear. There are four games left to rectify the situation but either way we should still start looking ahead to GW38. Who is on your radar for the final week? Who do you feel has the best chance to shine this week? Man City and Liverpool look like they may be the only two teams who will go into GW38 with something to play for. Is it time to treble up on both of these then or do you fancy having a punt elsewhere?

Please feel free as ever, to post your thoughts, questions and feelings about whatever you want to but in particular if you would like others to take a look at your team ahead of GW38 and offer their opinions please post or link it below and we are sure you will get plenty of feedback. Some of which may actually be constructive, but we can’t promise anything!

    • Sorry Mito. My visits here are often, but fleeting. I went off on a Football Manager binge.

      I think that’s an almost perfect team, mate. I like Moor and Davis being in there. I can’t afford Davis, and having a cheapy non playing Houston player stopped me maxing out on Dynamo. If I had him though, I’d captain him or Higuain. Just because they’re very unlikely to leave you with a double 2 pointer. Remick’s your main worry, as he was subbed through injury in the 51st minute against the Union. I have no idea how serious it is, but I’d be nervous relying on him for 180 mins.

      • Thankd Bry, Remick is a worry, but don’t feel like taking a hit with Armando having a decent fixture. If Remick doesn’t start the first game I will just plug in Armando and roll with 10 double players. Moor adn Davis were brought in before this past GW and it is a good thing, otherwise it would have been a disastrous GW.
