Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 32 Just as the Covid restrictions are becoming eased FPL goes all retro on us and casts us back to the mid-2020’s; those glory days when we had a game or two nearly every day to watch in the evening sun. GW32 is spread over 7 separate days and goes from Friday night to sometime next Thursday. Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 31 A relatively normal GW, certainly it is if you now consider the norm to be non-stop televised football from 8pm on Friday until 10pm on Monday anyway. Fulham and Wolves kick us off on Friday night, with fantasy interest probably a bit thin on the ground. Saturday is relatively short lived for once with Man City and Leeds at lunchtime, Liverpool seeking revenge on Villa in the 3pm game before Palace welcome local rivals Chelsea at 5.30pm. Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30 You don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone… After days upon days, weeks upon weeks, months upon months of seemingly endless football we were all either exhausted or just simply indocrinated. To the point that the odd day sans a meaningful game seemed… well, just odd. Back to reality perhaps? Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 29 Just the four games to trouble yourselves with this week, albeit they are spread over three days. We begin on Friday with Fulaham welcoming Leeds. A contrast of styles if ever there was one, certainly on the touchline at least. Lady and the Tramp springs to mind. The Jacket vs The Bucket. Saturday really just belongs to the FA Cup and as such we don’t get an actual FPL game until 8pm when Newcastle go to Brighton. This super normal GW kicks off on Friday when Toon play host to Emi “Lord of the Clean Sheet” Martinez, for non-owners he is known as “that bastard that kills me every week, but I am too stubborn to buy”. It is still a double, just not anywhere near the size of the one we just got through with. This one kicks off with a lunch time meeting between Burnley and Arsenal. And as DGW’s go this one is rather large with no less than 17 games spanning 6 days, starting on Saturday and finishing up at about 10pm on Thursday. That’s about 1,530 minutes worth of football, or 25.5 hours, and every last drop of it is televised. A small word of caution here, other than the obvious which is to have a good divorce lawyer to hand, after we finish on Thursday you get just the one day off as GW27 begins on Saturday again with an 11am deadline.
