The first is a London derby as Crystal Palace welcome Fulham to Selhurst. Then we move north to Luton Town who play only their second ever home Premier League match against the Wolves of Wolverhampton. We then have no less than five games at 3pm for Simon et al to get their teeth into. And not all rubbish ones, for once! Villa welcome Palace, Luton go to Fulham, Man Utd host Brighton, Sheffield United visit Spurs and West Ham get beaten by Man City. Newcastle and Brentford round the day off at 5.30pm. This time it is Luton’s Kenilworth Road making its Premier League debut, with West Ham the victors visitors. We have an early game on Saturday with new-look Everton (they have an actual centre-forward for the 1st time in about 2 years!) going to Sheffield United at 12.30pm. Four games at 3pm this week for Simon and the gang with Brentford v Bournemouth, Spurs at Burnley, Chelsea hosting Forest and Man City hammering Fulham. Luton come out of cold storage for their second Premier League appintment and it’s another road trip for the Hatters as they face Chelsea to get us under way this weekend. Bournemouth v Spurs is the Saturday lunchtime offering which should be a good one. We then have four for the off at 3pm. Much like the last, this one also goes deep into the week, finishing on Thursday with games on 6 consecutive days from Saturday. Saturday itself is short and sweet with Palace vs West Ham in the early KO, before Brentord and Forest & Brighton and Wolves at 3pm. And that’s it!
