Just a bit of last minute tinkering before it all begins and another summer of wondering when England will be home will be over in about a week or so! We’ve opened the discussion a bit early so feel free to post up those last minute Rate My Teams and post any questions you have on any of the squads or potential team selections. We are blessed with a truly international community so we are sure you will get some answers to almost any concern you may have. Questions regarding what the Dutch are doing this summer are summarily banned though. Oh ok, who are we kidding. First to get Raz to come out from under his anti-Euro blanket wins a t-shirt!

As ever, just as with FPL – post your scores, your match comments, your highs, your lows or just whatever you’re about to have for dinner. Don’t forget that you can make team changes daily with captains altered as well as line-up swaps as no doubt the site screwing up your changes as per every year but either way get involved as usual. It’s sure to be a fun ride. And please, please, whatever you do – don’t let Init win it again…

  1. Hi All,

    After MD1 my point is horrible with only 24 pts. In my line up I had non starters like Cedric, Stones, Bellerin, Sturridge, Pantilimon. Other players is Lloris, Hysaj, Howedes, Blaszsczykowski, Cana (missed next match), Gotze, Perisic, Lewandowski, Muller & Matuidi. Should I wildcard & which player should I look to transfer out? I’m really having a hard time here…. sad

    • Wild card, and start again mate, take out everyone who didn’t play plus all Albanians.

      • Here are my downfalls.. sad

        • That’s my wild card team, now I’m not saying this will be the best team going forward (though I do have my fingers crossed) it’s really in the ball park of what you should be looking at, with only 40 minutes till deadline it could be tough sorting out a WC team from scratch.

        • After wildcard I will have this, is it ok?

        • Downgrade a GK and get Payet. Absolutely bonkers to go without him i think.

        • Agree with NIN Courtois to a 5 GK and Mstuidi to Payet.

        • Ok, i took patricio 5m and trf out matui > payet. Thx nin & andy for ur spot on view. smile

  4. Any hot tips for Round 2 ?!? Whats the word on KdB? Was thinking of bringing in one or two of Kroos, Stanciu, Dzemaili, Srna. They seemed to be the standout players from the games I watched. What do you guys think?

    • Maybe an Italian defender also (kicking myself for not having one knowing they would be strong defensively as always).

    • Romanian defence. I’ve already said too much. Ciao smile

    • Srna and dzemaili were both really good, I liked Perisic as well he was unlucky not to score against the Turks, I’ll go captain obvious and say Payet + any defender against Northern Ireland as they’ve probably been the worst so far.

    • Will Srna definitely be in the squad for the next game?
