And we’re very nearly there. Just a bit of last minute tinkering before it all begins and another summer of wondering when England will be home will be over in about a week or so! We’ve opened the discussion a bit early so feel free to post up those last minute Rate My Teams and post any questions you have on any of the squads or potential team selections. We are blessed with a truly international community so we are sure you will get some answers to almost any concern you may have. Questions regarding what the Dutch are doing this summer are summarily banned though. Oh ok, who are we kidding. First to get Raz to come out from under his anti-Euro blanket wins a t-shirt!
As ever, just as with FPL – post your scores, your match comments, your highs, your lows or just whatever you’re about to have for dinner. Don’t forget that you can make team changes daily with captains altered as well as line-up swaps as no doubt the site screwing up your changes as per every year but either way get involved as usual. It’s sure to be a fun ride. And please, please, whatever you do – don’t let Init win it again…

Hey gang, haven’t been going to crazy with the Euros game but been able to watch quite a few matches.
Had Payet as C yesterday – who should I switch to? Ozil, Kroos, or Lewandoski (or Neuer!) ?

I think you have to choose captain from Russia, Wales, England or Slovakia and you will get time for substition after that i.e. before Germany or Poland match! Am I right??
I don’t have anybody from those teams. I’ve changed it from Payet to Lew and seems to have worked?
Obviously it will change but if you have any player from that 4 teams I think should captain them and you can change after to Germany and Poland players

Yes Corliles but for chester’s points (in any) to count you need to get him in your first XI first. You may take out anyone that has already played and did nothing or someone who is yet to play, after tonight’s game. Then, if chester doens’t work, sub him and change capo.

That’s an excellent point Silvers and I’ve not seen it mentioned yet. It’s pretty much the only thing Ronaldo didn’t shaft me with on Saturday!
Look on the bright side, he failed the penalty that he himself had won thus making it 4 pts for you, instead of 0, had someone else won it!

I didn’t get the chance to make changes to my team yesterday so still have Giroud and Strinic plus I have no Captain choice for today
