Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 18 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 8GW18 is almost live! WAKE UP! No, seriously WAKE UP! You have 15 minutes to get your ass in gear! This is possibly the most missed deadline of the season, for obvious reasons! Anyway, whether you do wake up and find both us and the deadline in time then we hope you had a great Christmas but if you don’t, and wake up mid afternoon in a panic, then we still hope you had a great Christmas, but #FPL commiserations! Boxing Day is unique in that it has all 10 games in one day so it can be a bit hectic but the points all still count the same. Stoke (0 – 0) Man Utd kicks us off at 12.45pm, followed by an ’80’s style’ seven 3pm games and then we ease into the evening with Newcastle hosting Everton at 5.30pm and finish off your Boxing Day football bonanza (aka relaxing in front of the telly with the family, you’re not kidding us!) as Southampton host Arsenal at 7.45pm.

The important news is that the deadline for GW18 is at 11.45am on Saturday 26th December

The fixture list in full…

Is there any press conferences today?

Which 3 of Kane, Lukaku, Vardy, Aguero? I’m on wildcard.

Currently have a lot of value built up so it’ll be an expensive one to get wrong; Kane (0.1), Lukaku (0.45) & Vardy (0.7)

My first thought was to ditch Vardy but now I’m thinking of either ditching Kane (don’t expect much over the next 2 GWs) or holding off on Aguero (but I expect him to do well against Leicester and demand to rocket).

Also, I expect Vardy to do well now if he plays against City & Bournemouth.

If I go Lukaku, Aguero, Vardy I’ll have 2 flagged strikers.

As Shearer said last night, Kane is the real deal! I think he will continue to score all season long

I would tend to agree. I definitely want him from GW21.

But I don’t know who to go for in the short term. They could all score well but I expect Vardy & Aguero to outscore Kane for the next 2 weeks.

On paper it probably makes sense to ditch Lukaku but I have a lot of money invested in him & Barkley (who I’m ditching). If I ditch one or both, and they continue to do well, I couldn’t afford them back any time soon.

    2FT 3.2m

Bench Vardy and play 5 in midfield?
I also have the option to bench Mahrez and play Moreno

As for transfers I can’t really see how I can use them?

Ruddy – a playing keeper Hennessy?
    Smalling – ??????

    Roll one over?

    Thanks

Guys I have 2FTs and 3.6m in the bank.

I can’t see an obvious transfer so I’m thinking of bringing Barkley in for Lingard and playing the
2-5-3 chip with Kolorov on the bench.

What do you think? Is there a better option for me?
