Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 19 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW19 is live! After a Boxing Day bonanza of 10 games in a day we are back to some sort of normality as GW19 takes takes place over three days beginning with five 3pm’ers today, followed by an odd grouping of three games at 5.30pm. The game-week continues tomorrow evening at 7.45pm as Leicester host Man City and concludes on Wednesday as Sunderland host Liverpool, again at 7.45pm. It’s Monday today by the way, just for those that may have ‘lost track’!
The important news is that the deadline for GW19 is 2pm on Monday 28th December

Lost 12 points on my captaincy but I don’t really regret it…
The best consolation would be this match remaining a draw I think.

Its either him or mahrez for me this season. His play time is a major concern right now.heard the commentators say that he requires at least 4-5 games to be match-fit.. Dont know what the funk is that supposed to mean. He looked like saving himself from injury everytime.The guy just needs good ball.thats it
James – my last 2 captains have been Lukaku ( when common choice was Kane) and Ramsey ( when most had Ozil). There are good n bad choices.
From an FPL perspective, this match is turning out to be a bit of an anticlimax! From a neutral perspective, however, with it being end to end and loads of stuff happening, it’s great!

Going into today, cup rival had 48 points. I also had 48. He had Aguero, Sagna and Mahrez, I had Toure, KDB and Vardy.
Predicted bonus points won’t change anything. Today leaves him on 58, me on 55. I have one player left. Coutinho. One goal, one assist, anything, and I’m through. I don’t believe a clean sheet (which would put it on 58-58) would be enough. In short: Come on Philippe!!
I’d say that you’re the favourite there. Fingers crossed! Been smashed 70-90 in mine.
I’m a little confused about what will happen if it’s a draw. Goals scored I believe is equal (Ozil, Ighalo) but goals conceded I’m not sure of. Does it count players on the bench too? Does it add in another goal conceded if you have a player from the same team? I don’t know, it’s really hard to work out. If it does go that far him having Barkley could be huge, as Everton conceded 4 and I don’t have any Everton players. Man, if I hadn’t transferred Deulofeu out for Toure, I would be way more comfortable right now. I hope it’s simplified and Coutinho gets me something.
TJ and Horse – the website rules are shit as they don’t properly explain how “goals scored” and “goals conceded” are calculated – whether a captain’s goals scored / conceded are doubled or not remains a mystery. Sorry that I can’t help. I’d email FPL if I could be arsed!

Hi all. Does anyone understand the cup rules? I drew 73-73. It goes to goals scored next. We both have Ozil and Lukaku but he had Lukaku as captain. Does that send him through?
Horse – think it goes goals scored, goals conceded and then coin toss. Think, not know though.
Still the amount of goals scored though, I don’t think having him as captain changes that. It’s down to goals conceded and if that’s equal then a coin toss. I’m struggling to work it out too

I think Leicester grew into the match as it went on. With a bit more belief they might have won it. City should have won it though. Aguero and Silva pissed at coming off.
I still thing that Leicester dont have the squad to go the distance and will fall short of CL qualification.
Hi Horse, it’s amount of goals scored by your starting 11, irrespective of captain. Goals conceded the same.
I see the new wild card is up, just to clarify when does this expire? Like whens the latest I can use it? Can I save it for a double GW somehwere down the line, I heard someone saying wild card needs to be used before jan ends
not anymore Luke. Thats how it used to be. Now you have to end of season. If you have the bottle, then you should wc a week before the dgw as you cant play 2 chips the same gw
