Haven’t read it, but TV is huge. I had an awful start last year, as in was down in around 500,000 after a few GWs, but around Christmas I had a TV of about 110m. After that I got about 12 green arrows in 15 GWs or something after being able to always have just one more quality player in my team than everyone else in my mini-league.
Definitely worth a few hits here and there to help build it up early on, and then reap the rewards later. Obviously assuming that both the player leaving and the player incoming are good choices that is.

yeah iv always rated TV, ended up with 116 i think.
i feel its gonna play a big part of the game, especially for the 343 lovers, and with a top line of costa-shrek-aguero and decent mids/def will only be achievable by gaining at least 7-8 mil in TV!

It seems really out of date to me (or just inaccurate).
I thought increases were done on a percentage of ownership rather than an absolute number.
I’ve never really chased value but I’ll take hits early on this year if it means getting a good player in before a big rise.

Ben Davies – does anyone have any news in why he didn’t play? Is he likely to start next week with Naughton suspended?

I asked the same question yesterday mate.
I was told that naughton is a centre back and so his suspension won’t impact things, but i’m sure he’s a right back. Was hoping rose might switch across which would bring davies back into the team. Hopefully there is a spurs fan or two on here that could confirm?
As to why Davies didn’t start. No, no one was able to tell me.

Naughton played RB. Have no idea who’ll play RB next match, maybe Pinocchio will reveal something in his press conference. Davies didn’t get much training with the team before the match I heard, so I reckon that’s why he didn’t play.

Thanks. I guess that’s about as much info as there is to know. I’ll probably stick with him for another week and see. Hoping Fabregas doesn’t play and Siggy hops off the bench. Unlikely though I know

I see. Is Verthongen fit though? Chiriches is expected fit soon too, right? I want defensive cover from Tottenham but they have too many options for my liking. Verthongen is probably the only one nailed on? Might have to go with Lloris if De Gea doesn’t perform.

Bruce started but only played the 1st half. He’s tagged as injured with a 75% chance of playing, although PhysioRoom doesn’t have a return date listed for him so I’m not sure how severe it is.
