Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 10 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW10 is live! No lunch time kick-off this week, but we do have five fixtures starting up at 3pm. We see the useless Panther visit what amounts to his equivalent, but in a manager role in Sherwood, as the Swans visit the Villans. In other action Vardy looks to continue his immense form against Palace, Stoke’s boring eleven tangles with the equally boring Watford, The Hammers have grandpapi Costa come over at The Boleyn Ground for what promises to be a shovy affair, while in the last fixture of the day the Gooners take on the Toffees in what hopefully turns out to be an up and down game with Romelu and Theo or Giroud missing clear chances.
On Sunday we have four fixtures. We started it off with the Tyne-Wear Derby. All the new Wijnaldum investors will be interested to see what their new hero will do versus the laughable defending of the Black and Blue Cats. Expect a blank for your point chasing. That cracker of a game is followed by two fixtures kicking-off a few minutes after 2pm. Spurs will look to take advantage of a Bournemouth side who is likely to give it up easy now after having their Cherry popped last GW by the Citizens. We also see the Manchester derby in this time slot. We know that everyone will be paying close attention to the midfield match-up of Yaya vs Wayne. Super excited to see these two lay up against each other like two old and tired fighters in the 10th round. In the last fixture of the day and the game-week at that, the Kloppites look for their first win when Cedric “clean sheet…less” Soares and the Saints drop by Anfield. The high press vs the high press, expect this game to come down to a terrible mistake from either Fonte or Mignolet/Skrtel to the opposing striker.

34 with De Bruyne and Davies(Kolarov if he doesn’t play again) to come.
Average
29 here Shadow with DDG, Alderweireld, KDB and Pelle to go.
26 with Clyne, Martial, Pelle & Sterling to play.
Not expecting much.
Average probably end up about 40 I reckon
Vardy yellow cost me 6 points.
34 with Martial, Pelle, KDB, kolarov and Darmian.. Don’t think I’ll be getting any CS’s but hopping for some goals .. Think it will be a low scoring week for many!!
46 with Kolarov, Mane and De Bruyne![smile](https://fantasyfootball247.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/kama-wp-smile/packs/qip/smile.gif)
Costa owners – whats your thoughts on him? Sell or keep?
Hi Dreamers. If you have no other issues then you could consider selling him. I’m keeping him myself.
those fixtures say keep him – but an 11m player u cant trust to captain is annoying.
There’s some good home games ahead where he’s a capo option. Sell him if you must but if there are other issues i’d deal with those first.
Having second thoughts about him to be honest! Considering bony or lukaku!
equally dont trust them though Mitro
Surely bony would be the better option especially with the players around him, plus silva is back next week
he cant have played 10 times for them though
21 with pelle, KDB & Toby to play and hopefully Mahrez to come in!!
Good thing is we are top of the league!!!
Anyway on to important stuff – I want to get rid of azpillicueta, any suggestions?
2.8ITB
Kolarov.
It’s going to take a few weeks at least before clichy gets a look in,
Probably do a hit and bring in bony for Costa
coleman for me..cheers
casey, Coleman doesnt seem to be bombing forward as much. I think its more to do with tactics/whose in front of him than coming back from injury
Bertrand or Kolarov
Dreamers – great shout, Bertrand it is! Just had a look at there next few games and they should pick up a few clean sheets!!
Reckon I will do azpillicueta to Bertrand and Costa to bony, this will leave me 6.2 to bring in silva the following week for Sinclair..
You not worried about having a selection headache once Silva comes in? Bench Mahrez or Payet? :cuckoo:
Was fearing captaining Vardy over Sanchez would bite me in the arse but thankfully it didn’t.. Now got to hope Wij and Mata don’t fair well as I kept my free transfer.. That said I’m a newcastle fan so I’m kind of ok if Wij grabs another 4!!!
BEST SHORT TERM FRONT THREE?
I considered getting Costa this week, but ended up transferring in bony instead, after a bit more thought.
My front three right now are:
Bony. Vardy. Pelle.
Pretty solid in terms of form / fixtures IMO.
So…
What’s the ultimate front three for the next 3-5 game weeks in your opinion?
I’m thinking of bringing in lukaku for B or P. Not sure who else I’d want.
(I have enough in the bank to get kun back whebever he’s figuring properly again. Or (obviously) anyone else.)
they are the 3 plus Costa that come to mind. Money, hits no issue, Id prob prefer a mid 5 instead of Bony. Nothing to do with him, but he would need a run of games to show his true form. Bad career move going there.
Team looks ok on paper but looking at:
De Gea/Howard in for Ruddy
Everton/Man Utd defender in for Richards (or Kolarov shortly)
Barkley in for Fletcher (or maybe in for Sterling in a couple of weeks)
Lukaku in for Martial (depending on how tomorrow goes)
1 FT, 3.3itb
EBC – the City fixtures arent bad. The two tough games are both at home. Martial, its dependent on where he plays really. Been a winger last few games which seems crazy. Rooney looking well past his best which given how much football he has played isnt overly surprising. Still think he could have a few more years left in him (he is what 30) if they simply played Martial up with him.
so Id agree with DDG/Howard move, Everton/Utd defender, dont agree re Kolarov, Barkley and Lukaku too hot and cold for me.
