Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 10 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 8GW10 is live! No lunch time kick-off this week, but we do have five fixtures starting up at 3pm. We see the useless Panther visit what amounts to his equivalent, but in a manager role in Sherwood, as the Swans visit the Villans. In other action Vardy looks to continue his immense form against Palace, Stoke’s boring eleven tangles with the equally boring Watford, The Hammers have grandpapi Costa come over at The Boleyn Ground for what promises to be a shovy affair, while in the last fixture of the day the Gooners take on the Toffees in what hopefully turns out to be an up and down game with Romelu and Theo or Giroud missing clear chances.

On Sunday we have four fixtures. We started it off with the Tyne-Wear Derby. All the new Wijnaldum investors will be interested to see what their new hero will do versus the laughable defending of the Black and Blue Cats. Expect a blank for your point chasing. That cracker of a game is followed by two fixtures kicking-off a few minutes after 2pm. Spurs will look to take advantage of a Bournemouth side who is likely to give it up easy now after having their Cherry popped last GW by the Citizens. We also see the Manchester derby in this time slot. We know that everyone will be paying close attention to the midfield match-up of Yaya vs Wayne. Super excited to see these two lay up against each other like two old and tired fighters in the 10th round. In the last fixture of the day and the game-week at that, the Kloppites look for their first win when Cedric “clean sheet…less” Soares and the Saints drop by Anfield. The high press vs the high press, expect this game to come down to a terrible mistake from either Fonte or Mignolet/Skrtel to the opposing striker.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the FanTeam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

30 (34-4) for me thus far with Zabs, Mata, Eriksen to play. Hoping Zabs doesn’t play so Cedric comes off the bench with a clean sheet and assist. Then Mata and Eriksen each with a brace. Not too much to ask, no??? smile

    Morning all,

I take it everyone has a shocking week!! Need pelle, Toby and KDB to save me!

I know it’s a bit early but I’m thinking of these moves for GW 11

    Azpillicueta to Bertrand
    Costa to bony

      Raziel says:

Indeed way too early. Would wait for midweek games first before considering any of those moves.

      • Mitro says:

Good morning Raz – if everyone pulls through the midweek games with no injuries, do you think the moves will be ok?

        • Brookyboy says:

A defender is never worth taking a hit for Mitro unless you are using him as a makeweight or can’t field 11 players.

        • EBC says:

I’d go for Lukaku rather than Bony.

Disagree that a defender is never worth a hit btw.
          – If you know you have a problem you need to deal with then it’s worth dealing with asap, otherwise you’ll just use next week’s FT and cause yourself a hit further down the line. I brought Bellerin in for Mings last week – paid for itself already.

        • Brookyboy says:

Ok I’ll re-phrase.Ninety per cent of the time it isn’t worth taking a hit to take a playing defender out to bring another playing defender in,who, most of the time will then have to score at least 6 points to cover that hit.In my experience.

      Mitro

I can see Costa roughing up Liverpool next week and getting a goal. But if you don’t have anymore patience then Bony looks good. Defensively, they’re shot so Azpi would go off it were my team.

      Kolarov?

Like Bony, 4 of his next 6 are at home and the two away are Villa and Stoke.

Evening gents, Im having trouble to field 3 defenders next week and not sure if sagna, naughton or Cameron will start .Should i bring in Kolorov or someone else for sagna . Bank:5m

    EBC says:

Sorry for the double post but didn’t have enough context yesterday.

Team looks ok on paper, this weeks options (with future GW options in brackets):

    De Gea/Howard in for Ruddy

Everton/Man Utd defender in for Richards (or Kolarov from next GW onwards – fixtures are ok but rotation will become frustrating)

Barkley in for Fletcher (or maybe in for Sterling in a couple of weeks, never really wanted Sterling and would give me some cash towards getting Aguero back )

Lukaku in for Martial depending on how today goes / where he plays – Man Utd have good fixtures but maybe more from a defensive than attacking point of view
