Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 10 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 10The deadline bell has rung and your decisions are final – starting XI, order of your subs and most importantly your captain has been decided and there ain’t no turning back now…

GW10 begins at 12.45pm on Saturday as Newcastle host Liverpool in the early game.

There are then six 3pm games which feels like a treat for once with the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton and Southampton all featuring, and they are in full –

Arsenal vs Burnley
Chelsea vs QPR
Everton vs Swansea
Hull vs Southampton
Leicester vs West Brom
Stoke vs West Ham

Sadly this week there is no Saturday evening game but we get back under way on Sunday with a cracker at 1.30pm with the Manchester derby as City host Utd.

Sundays action concludes with Aston Villa hosting Spurs at 4pm.

Monday evening sees Sunderland go to Crystal Palace at 8pm which may be the most uninspiring of climaxes ever but we don’t set the fixtutre calendar, unfortunately. Yet.

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck for GW9 from all at FF247!

    Anyway RMT please

I’m really unsure what to do ATM. I feel that both Sanchez and Aguero (vs QPR) look like musts for this week, except I have neither. However, it would take a -8 point hit to get them in AND I would have to sacrifice a midfielder such as Hazard and transfer him to Chadli/Barkley. Thoughts? Should I aim to get just one in?

Well 67 with Aguero still to play ain’t all bad.

I’m @ 48 with 6 points coming from bench (so 54) with Di Maria and Kun to play. Can’t say I’m unhappy. Sort of unhappy for the second week in a row the captain choice didn’t pay off. Aaah well. That’s just how it is.

I know I should be shitting my pants with Sanchez going crazy and Downing scoring but I am not. Still don’t feel the need to replace Fabregas, Di Maria. Tadic and Siggy are another story, Tadic has 2 GW’s left and Siggy well the next few games I’ll have a close look. They did play with 10 men today though, right?

Next week Arsenal will face Swansea away and they’re no pushovers like for instance Sunderland or Burnley that you can wear down by passing the ball. At home I bet they might even see a lot of the ball.

Anyway, this is my team. Not looking at pricechanges or let them influence me. I’ll keep my FT and if nobody gets injured during midweek I”ll try to hold on to the FT so I can have 2 FT’s during International Break. What you guys think? Hmmm, only concerns are Albrighton and Moore (obviously). Hutton will come good. You guys reckon I need to make changes NOW?

Worst part about today is that my big Dutch rival in the mini-league has gained much ground on me. He’s only 25 points away where it was 50-60 before. >.<

He already used his WC though. laugh

      • Raziel says:

Hmmm, 8 games till winterstop. I hope before December I can do something about Albrighton and/or Moore (maybe Dummett, depends on if Santon is a starter again).

First issue will be that I have to replace Soton goalie, maybe Tadic (whom should have had at least 1 assist today, unlucky) and maybe Pelle.

        • Raz

Sensible move to hold that FT unless an injury comes up.

Would you not consider keeping Forster even during those three matches? They are only difficult on paper. I’m keeping him as he may well just get another one or two CS out of them.

        • Raziel says:

There are 2 homegames in those 3 fixtures. Best team ”Chelsea” they will not face. I will have to take a closer look, might not even be a bad idea. Their defence seems to be rock solid and I don’t have Clyne/Bertrand or another one of their defenders.

        • Raziel says:

Just started looking beyond those 3 games, and lol in like 8 games they have 6 hard fixtures versus top 6 teams: City, Arsenal, United, Everton, Chelsea and 1st of Jan Arse again after that game United again. Haha. No, this is sort of convincing me not to keep him. 😉

        • Raziel says:

WOW, after that they they have the perfect fixtures listed. Like keep them player til the end of the year type of fixtures. But that’s from 31st of Jan and onwards.

Hi….does anyone prefer a or b or should I wait until I am sober!
    a) Tadic & Welbeck
    b) Sanchez & Naismith

Anyone still up? I need advice on this because I’m looking to make transfers right now before price rises! Should I do Sterling >> Sanchez, Welbeck >> Austin/Berahino, and Siggy >> Downing?

    inertia says:

Would hold off on transfers until later in the week, 4 PL matches and 7 yeams in CL and Europa action still to come. Sterling out is good move, maybe for Downing?
