Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 10 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
The deadline bell has rung and your decisions are final – starting XI, order of your subs and most importantly your captain has been decided and there ain’t no turning back now…
GW10 begins at 12.45pm on Saturday as Newcastle host Liverpool in the early game.
There are then six 3pm games which feels like a treat for once with the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton and Southampton all featuring, and they are in full –
Arsenal vs Burnley
Chelsea vs QPR
Everton vs Swansea
Hull vs Southampton
Leicester vs West Brom
Stoke vs West Ham
Sadly this week there is no Saturday evening game but we get back under way on Sunday with a cracker at 1.30pm with the Manchester derby as City host Utd.
Sundays action concludes with Aston Villa hosting Spurs at 4pm.
Monday evening sees Sunderland go to Crystal Palace at 8pm which may be the most uninspiring of climaxes ever but we don’t set the fixtutre calendar, unfortunately. Yet.
Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.
Good luck for GW9 from all at FF247!

Please Vote – Fantasy Football Blog Awards
As you may have noticed (!) we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Best FPL Football Blog award (FBA). The finals take place on November 13th at the National Football Museum in Manchester. Voting closes in exactly one week and it’s looking a close run thing so every last vote counts at this stage. If you could take just 2 minutes to vote via one of the links on the left here it would be massively appreciated. We would love nothing more than to bring home an award for you all!

Still not part of the Banterbury Leagues ? here is your chance http://wp.me/P4SHIn-1F this league will be closed from Game-week 17
Evening all, well a meagre 58pts for me, could have been worse, at least i have Chambers. So as a Pool fan i have to admit we are diabolical and i can’t see it getting any better, some fans are wanting Brendan out, seems a bit harsh to me. Like everyone else i have to ditch Sterling, if i do it tonight i will have 8.9mill for a replacement, i don’t usually do early transfers as things can go wrong, especially with CL games taking place midweek, but Sterling is dropping faster than Liverpool. I do have 2fts though, so suggestions please or should i wait till the CL games are over ?
elle – I did Sterling to Walcott myself, but I had enough in the bank for a straight swap. I think it’s about time for you to drop Sigurdsson aswell so I would downgrade him to Downing and upgrade Sterling to Walcott or Alexis. The latter being the safer option of course. That’s all I’ve got for now.
I’d suggest you get Tadic or Mane. One Soton player isn’t enough, and the midfielders are fixture-proof
I’m planning on selling most of my Soton coverage in a week or 2. Most certainly the defence (goalie Forster). Soton have like 12 nightmare fixtures in their next 14 from GW13 and on. Figured it was just 3 but after those 3 they have 2 somewhat ok fixtures but after those 2 more nightmare fixtures. Think the first of Feb I’ll be buying back all the Soton coverage I can. Their last 12 fixtures are awesome again.
Hey guys. This is my team as it stands.
I’m looking at possible getting either Aguero (QPR fixture) or Sanchez in (despite some relatively hard fixtures to come). Who would be more important for this GW?
Also, I’m not sure where to downgrade to make these changes tbh….. Downing is in form, my front 3 are in good form (apart from this GW) and I’ve had Siggy right from the start but I still think he’s a season long keeper. I think I’ll review his status after the Palace/QPR games in about a month, as I think I’d want him for those games and I don’t want to but him back for 6.8mil
And I don’t really want to sacrifice the Fabregas/Hazard/Di Maria combo which has been so good this season.
Thoughts on what I should do to fund Sanchez or Aguero, or whether I should work on some other part of my team (eg. Taylor -> Dummett)?
Save the FT so you have 2 going into the international break
Team looks really solid and well balanced mate. I’m planning on saving my FT, you can do the same. We never know when Kun will explode so I get why you are anxious. Can give all the advise in the world but in the end thinking with mind isn’t how this game works, it’s going with your gut (at the right time :P).
OK thanks guys. I’m just really worried about Kun with his game against QPR. Hopefully he gets rested :p 😉
Hi all
any suggestion ?
Peter Pear
Not much wrong with that. I would bank the transfer for next week.
Suggestions please…
Hacko
Really strong squad. Either remove Begovic for a keeper with better fixtures or deal with JWP injury or both. Probably both I’d advise.
Thanks gp, WanT di Maria and Baines not sure how I’m gonna do It though. I’m considering Ivan to jagielka and sterling to di Maria it’s time for sterling to move on. As for begovic And jwp they will go but think I need to focus on strengthening my midfield first…
Hacko,
You are then going to be stick with Begovic through some very tough fixtures where you can’t expect many clean sheets.
I’d say it will be near impossible to have Aguero, Costa, ADM, Fabregas and Baines in a squad.
Why not either siggy or sterling to Downing then ivan to baines.Should leave you enough cash to bring walcott in for siggy/Sterling after the international break ?
First post on here – Want to do early transfers this (Sterling dropping fast) and not sure which to do? Not sure whether getting Sanchez is worth -4 hit on the below.
What transfers would people recommend on my current team below? (I think Sterling has to go surely??)
Thanks!
mjh38 – Welcome man! I did Sterling to Walcott myself as an early transfer yesterday. But I already have Sanchez, so if I were you I would try to get Sanchez in. He is worth a -4 point hit. The solutions that pop out the most are:
Pellè to Sakho
or
Azpilicueta to someone cheaper of your liking.
and
Sterling to Sanchez.
Sigurdsson to Downing doesn’t free up enough money.
