Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 11 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 8GW11 is live! What better way to kick-off our Halloween fixtures than two teams dressed up? Chelsea as a shell of themselves and Liverpool as a has been from the 80’s. That small affair is followed by full out costume party with 12 teams playing at three o’clock. The Silver Fox will be dressed as a ladies’ man and LVG as blind woman’s man, when Palace take on United. The Citizens will be dressed as empty seats and Norwich as a lamb being led to slaughter. In other action we see Newcastle dressed in their submissive attire as they take on Stoke who are of course dressed as Barcelona leftovers. We also see the Swans entertain the Gunners, Watford welcome in the Hammers and the Baggies take on the second coming of Kane, in Jamie Vardy.

Sunday gives us two fixtures. Everton takes on the refurbished Sunderland side, but don’t be fooled because as some people say “You can put lipstick on a pig…but it’s still Sunderland”. That fixture is followed by Southampton taking target practice on Bournemouth. Boruc having missed the Halloween fixtures will have no choice but to dress as himself, a drunk keeper.

On Monday we finish the game-week off with the Sherwood Derby between Spurs and Villa. Sans Sherwood. The exchange of kits at the end could see some great stories exchanged by players about their former gilet loving manager.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the FanTeam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

Best way to get into the United defence? Obviously want to get Aguero back in so Smalling not really a good option given the expense of my back three currently. But is anyone else nailed? Especially with Darmian suspended..

I need Pelle and Barkley to do very well or one of them not to play so I get ighalo off bench!

I made a right mess up this week too by transfering Mane out early doors for Barkley. Didnt even check that he would be ok this week as we had capital one cup…… And I always check this stuff as a rule. Brain fart.

Sitting on 46 (-4) with Pelle (cap), Barkley, and Van Dijk to go

Thanks TJ! PVA playing in midfield then? Could be an interesting pick in coming weeks if they can start to put things together. Always nice to have an attacking fullback who plays in midfield on your team. Right now he’s not worth it, but might be in coming weeks.

      • Raziel says:

He’s not worth it. Sunderland were terrible versus Newcastle. Newcastle had like 14 shots in the first half alone. The red card killed them, and bad luck. Real luck. Like too much of it. Sunderland are like crap on another level. Dick Advocaat wanted more players but they didn’t help him with that, so with this material they will most def. go down.

So I would advise against it, right now. I don’t see how they can keep a cleansheet.

As for Newcastle, I think they will come good. They are getting better and better every match. Yesterday Butland had a super game (the type you only have once or twice a season, I remember Krul having 15 saves and keeping a CS versus Spurs a couple of years ago, similar). Was considering doing Wijnaldum to Ozil but that’s a sideways move, only a matter of time till Newcastle find the next against like they did against Norwich.
