Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 15 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 10After a hectic mid-week schedule we are back to the normal weekend action for a few weeks before we hit the ridiculous Christmas pile-up. GW15 begins with a lunchtime game as Newcastle face the unenviable task of welcoming Chelsea before we have five 3pm kick-offs and Saturday is concluded with a cracker as Man City host bitter rivals Everton.

Saturday in full…

Newcastle v Chelsea 12.45pm
Hull v West Brom 3pm
Liverpool v Sunderland 3pm
QPR v Burnley 3pm
Spurs v Crystal Palace 3pm
Stoke v Arsenal 3pm
Man City v Everton 5.45pm

‘Super Sunday’ may be more like ‘Lacklustre Sunday’ as the games aren’t that inspiring but there will at least be interest in West Ham v Swansea…

West Ham v Swansea 1.30pm
Aston Villa v Leicester 4pm

Regardless of what Sunday brings or doesn’t the game-week concludes on Monday evening with a very tasty game…

Southampton v Man Utd 8pm

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for GW15 from all at FF247!

So with loads of you on here in a bloody FPL team nightmare with Flags and Suspension’s here is my news!
Power of Potty = 39pts this Gwk
To play = Clynne and Rooney (captain)
    Overall rank = 86k
Flagged or Suspended = Aguero only
    Green Arrows = Everywhere
H2H’s = Won all 8 before tonights match.
So the board and fans of Power of Potty are rather happy .

will need to wildcard this week – 6 players out for the next couple of weeks.
who are the must have if you were picking the team?

had a strong top 5k finish last year but struggling hugely this season.
    any ideas/tips would help. cheers

thinking Costa/Kane/Hazard to stay – rest need to go
any must haves you’d put in the maximise point return over next 5 gws??
      much appreciated.

      NIN says:

rainmansam – You can field 11 by making just one transfer! Bin Aguero and leave it at that.

      • rainmansam says:

I know NIN but I could field 11 this week and only managed 20.. Issue is of the 11 I can play 2 of them aren’t sure starters and not many are game winners. Not much in points from Dyer/Diame, 4.9 from Bego is too much with 4.5 in Krul sat there.

Have been languishing and getting more GW totals than my H2Hs and my league – cant afford to keep falling down and with no big hitter in my midfield (differential wise) I am thinking I should WC.

May be able to field 11 this week but maybe not next with another injury. I need points in the next 5 weeks or by the time wildcard comes in people will railroad over me with their +3/4m team value..

        Thoughts?

        • NIN says:

I think you’ve got enough there to keep you going. Diame, Cork, Vlaar are kinda bench fillers anyway, so not necessary for a wildcard, in my opinion. You’re in better shape than most mate. I’ve had to take a -4 just to field 10 players and may have to stretch that to a -8 just to get an 11 out. You’ve still got Costa, Hazard, Sanchez and what i would imagine to be a premium striker in place of Aguero. Plenty of fire power there.

I know but 5.5/5.6 with Diame and Dyer and neither are playing. Vlaar to Hutton saves me money, Terry to Azpi saves me money. Basically I can do wholesale change to backline and use cash generated to beef up midfield where I am lacking (in differentials – everyone has Sanchez/Haz/Costa in some shape or form.

Look at what WC team could be (with 0.7m in bank).. if Silva is back this week.. will assess.
But means I get much more balance wouldn’t you agree? Much more potential for points in the next 5 weeks.. I would have to -4 and -8 to get team in shape otherwise..

Saved 1.0m on goalkeepers which goes a long way.
Espesh given my team value is only at 101m..

I get keeping WC for as long as possible.. kept it til the end last season, didn’t even use it and managed a top 5k finish.. but with every week that goes by my team gets worse and worse..
p.s. this wc team is just a mock up – sure there are some better changes I could make….

Any word on when they will release the Aguero news? I’m guessing that he’s out for the rest of the month with a 99 percent certainty rate?
