Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 16 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match ChatGW16 is live! What better way to kick start our weekend than a lunch time kick off involving Norwich? NO? How about Norwich getting taken to the woodshed by our Everton assets? Thought you would agree. That Canary lunch is followed by five games to finish off our Saturday fun. Palace plays host to a Southampton side who is winless in their last 3 and find Pelle starting to slide back into last season’s goal scoring problems. City look to take out their frustrations on Swansea who recently sacked Monk. In August, Gary was the new hot thing in the managing circles, but with 1 win in the last 11 he now sits unemployed. In other action, Sunderland entertain Watford, hopefully with something other than football because we all know they can’t do that. The Hammers take on the technically gifted Potters, yes, the technically gifted Potters… I know right? Two or three years ago Charlie Adam was the Messi of Stoke, now all of a sudden they can put three passes together, times have changed. Speaking of how times have changed, remember Fergie and his United sides? Keepers used to hope to not get run over and let in five, now opposing keepers fall asleep waiting for a shot to be on target. That is what Boruc and the Cherries will be hoping for, in particular since we have all seen Artur and his adventures in goalkeeping.

Sunday sees three fixtures. Arsenal seek to continue their road to eventual disappointment by looking to grab what they will eventually lose (first place) when they take on last place Villa. Liverpool will look to bounce back vs West Brom and in the last fixture of the day  Kane will look to fill his boots versus the defensively suspect Toon.

Monday finishes off the week with the first place team in action. Chelsea Leicester and their dynamic duo will further look to inflict damage on the heavily wounded champions. Will someone please kiss Eden Hazard to see if he awakens? Anyone? The ball boy even…

  1. 8 points from Ward coming off the bench for Kolorov……..which is nice……….

  2. Stanilass score for Bo. Haha. Buh-bye United CS! ^^

    • On that note, everybody had Darmian, Rojo or Smalling and none of them are on the pitch. :p

  3. Annnnd my DDG clean sheet is gone before I even get back to the TV with a sandwich, lol.

  4. Wow….. Bournemouth goal direct from corner kick!

  5. Holy crap, Stanilass is just 4.2m? Westwood to him, sound interesting. 😉

    • Good fifth mid, not the best so I won’t have to start him but he could get point returns when he is on.

      • He’s been pretty awesome in recent weeks with 3 goals and an assist in the last 4! My plan for weeks has been Vardy & Eriksen -> Kun and Stanislas when Kun is healthy! Come on Kun!

        • Not sure I want him as 4th mid, don’t tell me Eriksen is your 5th. Is he?

Anyway, I’ll have to take a closer look. He’s also on corners and set pieces?

        • Raz, I have 8 strong attackers atm. I also have Kane and Toby, so Eriksen is a little more Spurs coverage than I am happy with. Stanislas would be my bench player.

        • Aaah yes, I never got that 8 strong attackers thingy. ANyway, Kun is dangerous move imo. Dude is walking glass.

    • He’s been playing well lately too, scoring lots of goals. Still plays for Bournemouth though. I’m thinking about bringing in Alli for a 5th mid so I have a decent sub for the inevitable Christmas rotation. Hoolahan did well today but I can’t count on him playing every week.

      • Fellaini scores, the world is at its end. :p

If only United had a real striker, ROFL!

        • so true… so true…
heir team sheet looks like an Under 21 lineup today :/

        • Which actually is pretty cool. @ pancho

        • Yeah, similar to what Pochetino has been doing with Spurs.
Doesn’t LVG know that you can’t win anything with kids though??? smile

        • @ Pancho
He won the CL with a youth team @ Ajax.

Anyway, at the moment too many youth players because so many others are injured? No probs for me though, I like youth teams. Don’t expect many CS with that back 4 though.

    • Or King at 4.6m playing oop as a striker is a decent 5th mid choice too.

      • Also a decent shout, but Stanislas looks more like scoring IMO

      • And he’s just scored.

    • Raz..done already last week..look at my bench points for the last 2 weeks..sad

  6. Lingard subbed? Is he injured?
