Can anyone comment on how Sterling played today? I’m thinking of ditching Baines to upgrade Jedinak to someone around £8.5. Considering Pool’s upcoming fixtures I thought Sterling might be a good bet but could also go for Mata or Eriksen. Any thoughts?

Evening lads how’s everyone’s weekend going? 49 points with Costa,Fab and Oscar to play. Bit disappointed I went for Yaya over Austin as captain but oh well. Any news on Siggy his injury has thrown a bit of a spanner in my plans?? 0.9 mil itb and 2 FT

Is anyone considering silva for next GW?

Hi Mitro, I’ve already bought him! Was my plan anyway as I need the funds for the 2nd transfer but Saturday certainly reinforced my belief in him. Milner played up top but was basically a tool for dragging defenders out of position to allow Silva and Nasri space to exploit.

If it wasn’t for Silva (Cpt) – this would have been a dreadful GW for me, Mitro…
Bought him 1 GW ahead of my initial plans…
      Turned out pretty well…
I would agree with Init’s analyses…With his position on the field and lack of strikers – he is a must !
      p.s. with City’s schedule, that is…

      Mitro says:

Both – do you think it would be over kill to have this as my midfield/forward line if I bring him in, I think it would work due to the chance of rotation over the xmas period.

      Silva sanchez hazard Downing YYT
      Costa Giroud Austin

I can get silvia in for wanyama and replacing baines with a defender around 4.3

      What you reckon??

      • HL says:

        You got me thinking, mate…
It would not be an overkill – considering City’s fixtures…
        But !
I don’t like the fact you ll need to take a -4 to do it –> considering ur ranking (5K -congrats smile !!)…
Also, I’m afraid the 4.3 defender (for Baines) in combination with Wisdom & Clyne will give you a very weak defender line : / …
3 out of next 4 of So’ton’s fixtures are against Che/Ars/Man Utd & West Brom have City next, too…

What do you think of doing a straight swap Yaya to Silva maybe ?
Yaya is on 4 yellows and will be soon off-ski…
Everton has kind fixtures ahead, so maybe give one last chance to Baines ?
p.s. in order to avoid the -4 …

Mitro if you can afford to do so with no hits then I reckon it would be very wise. Someone will miss out here and there and unexpectedly so. A strong and full mid and fwd line will serve you well over Christmas.

    Hi All
After a fine run of three weeks it had to end. I’ve been away this weekend and haven’tseen any football so a bit out of touch and would appreciate some help as only 34 points with 3 Chelsea players to go. Captain wasted on Rooney and I think he needs to go.
    Guzan/ McCarthy
    Zabaletta/Azpilecueta/Wisdom/Dummett/Hutton
    Sanchez/Hazard/Downing/Eriksen/Boyd
Costa/Bony/Rooney. 1 ft and 0.4m in the bank.

    Any offers of help welcome.

Hi guys, Been an ok weekend for me so far.

This week i have 2FT as well as 4.4 in the bank and am looking to get rid of Sigurdsson and possibly Baines (is it worth selling baines?) this week. How do these sound?

    Baines – Zabaleta
    Sigurdsson – Sanchez

This would leave me with 0.2 in the bank. Are theses transfers good?

    cheers
