Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 19 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 19GW19 is live! We hope you are happy with your transfers, your line-up and your all important captain selection as there’s little else you can do now other than sit back and watch the action unfold. Live Match Chat is your chance to have your say on the line-ups as they are announced, the games as they happen and the fallout afterwards! Unfortunately there are no Saturday games this week so GW19 kicks off with a lunch time match-up between Spurs and Manchester United. The good news with that one is that you will be able to see the line-ups prior to the deadline due to the early 12pm kick off. That is followed by 8 more games on this glorious Sunday. All teams play on 2 days rest except for Liverpool & Swansea who are apparently special this GW. However it must be mentioned that the luck runs out three days later as they pay the price on New Year’s day, while everyone has been resting for an extra day. Can’t wait for the great display of talent that day, tired and hung-over makes for some interesting footy.

Sunday in full…

Spurs v Man Utd 12pm
Southampton v Chelsea 2:05pm
Hull City v Leicester 3pm
Aston Villa v Sunderland 3pm
QPR v Crystal Palace 3pm
Man City v Burnley 3pm
Stoke v West Brom 3pm
West Ham v Arsenal 3pm
Newcastle v Everton 4:15pm

GW19 then concludes on Monday evening…

Liverpool v Swansea 8pm

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for GW19 from all at FF247!

  1. Assuming Steven Taylor has lost his place, who would you replace him with?

    1) Colo/Dummett (keep coverage, rotates quite nicely)

    2) Hutton (cheap, but only 2 good fixtures left)

    3) Someone else

Preferably like to spend no more than 4.5m really.

    • Howdy James. Shackell at 4.5m could be a good shout. Burnley aren’t exactly reliable (neither are Toon, mind) but they do have some good fixtures ahead.

      • Interesting, cheers NIN, I’ll check how well he’d rotate now…

  2. Evening lads and lasses, been a while! Hope you’ve had a good xmas and fantasy few weeks. How’s everyone going?

    • I think most are asleep Alex, how you doing?

    • What’s the craic Alex. Hmm, so so this GW for my lot. 39 with Fabianski to play tomorrow. About as iffy as most by the look of things. How did you do?

      • Hello nin, how are you mate? 42 with Taylor to play; at last a few green arrows, it’s been too long for them! I read briefly you are planning to wc early, any early targets you want?

        • I’m okay mate. Been keeping it low key to be honest. Have you been to any more games?
Yeah i’m playing the wildcard early. This is one draft i’ve come up with. 10 changes in this one but other drafts have up to 12.

        • Arse. That should be Boyd and Wisdom, not Yun and Marney.

        • get it right NIN smile

        • I tried, but failed laugh Doesn’t bode well for the future

        • I’ve seen the wolves and fulham games. Both loses. 5 goals conceded. 0 goals scored. Excellent. Next up man city away where I’m sure it will get better! Lol. A nice looking squad, do you have your other wc still avalible? Are you planning on doing it on January the 1st before the next gw?

        • You going to the Etihad then? Hopefully you’s spank them 😉 I’ll be playing it straight away mate. I want to reshuffle the squad as i have a number of issues and will have a few more very soon. I’m going to work on my three draft squads over the next few days and then make a decision at the start of next GW. Season WC is long gone, GW3 to be precise.

        • Yup going with my mate who is a city fan, be great to get a victory but ah well what will be. Do you use Twitter? Feel free to message me if you want to bounce some ideas of someone smile

        • Nice. Whatever the result, it will be a fun trip anyway. Good that your mate is a City fan too, lots of banter! I set up a twitter thingy a while back so i could vote for the lads but haven’t used it since. It’s not for me.

        • Ah well lad, will catch you round here for a few tips if I can 😉

        • Thanks Alex, much appreciated mate. I think my squad will be along the lines of the one i posted. I could get Courtois in and lose Azpi to make it a bit more rounded, and drop Tippier to Shackell and improve Yun who is only there as a guide anyway as he’s off to whatever tournament he’s playing in.

    • Hey slab, how you ‘doin?’ Gotta get with the kids Alex 😉 Saw all your pics on FB mate and looks like you’ve had a great trip. All good here mate thanks. On snowman duty yesterday….

  3. Morning would I benefit from a 4 point hit
    Yaya to Stirling
    Austin to jovetic
Unsure on yaya fitness and his Africa nation duty?
    Many thanks

  4. Zaba news anyone?

    Or yaya news?

Going to be another fun GW!

  5. My thinking aswell James but sterling playing up top makes me sway away from yaya..If only for couple of game weeks just to see what happens
Jovetic I think may pay dividend

    • It’s a tough one Daz. My first reaction is to think ‘Ah well, only one game before he goes to ACON. I’ll get rid of Yaya now.’

But if memory serves me right (unlikely) didn’t Yaya absolutely smash it in his last game before he went to the tournament last time round?

  6. Hi bryan.
Yes he did mate but he had the season of his life then right? No repeat this time out what with local fixtures I’m favouring sterling and jovetic will have a real impact..
