Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 2 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 36GW2 is live! This time we are treated to a rarity, a Friday night game. As the Villans welcome in the vaunted Man United attack. However the Red Devils will be missing a key player and we will see what LVG does to offset not having Kyle Walker on the pitch.

If a Friday game wasn’t enough, we are handed a lunch time game between Saints and Everton to kick off our Saturday. Hopefully both teams once again entertain us with goals and bad defending. And please bring on Naismith earlier, the non-Everton fans demand it. Our opening fixture is followed by five 3pm games. The Stokies visit Spurs, a meeting of two sides that will feel hard done to have come away with no points in GW1. In other action Sunderland welcome in Norwich, a match that has everyone very (yawn) excited. Newcastle go to Wales for a match-up with a Swans team that took the game to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. We also see Watford watch the Baggies ride their broken down bus in, after suffering a proper beat down at the hands of the Citizens. The Hammers open their doors to a Leicester team that look really menacing on the attack and in the casino. James Vardy and best mate Okazaki will look to continue to strike fear into defences.

On Sunday we have two fixtures. Pardew will look to continue the good times rolling vs an Arsenal side that is 3 points behind their pace from last season. Strange that, considering they have Petr Cech and he should be worth 12-15 points, maybe it was less, not more? Moving on to the game of the week, well on paper at least. As the most impressive side of GW1, Man City, look for a statement of intent win when they face Jose and a Chelsea side that showed some vulnerabilities on defence.

Monday night sees the game-week come to a conclusion. As Bournemouth makes a trip to Merseyside. Will the Belgian beast get any service? Maybe, if he can convince Ritchie to switch sides before the game.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the fanteam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

  1. 8 points from 4 players, one being Rooney my captain. Oh dear. Wild card button looks very attractive. Any way, thoughts on Walcott (see how he does tomorrow), Rooney for Aguero and Albrighton. Then the following gw Id bring in Sanchez for Sterling. Thoughts?

  2. Spurs clean sheet…sigh

  3. sunderland looking out for relegation i think..dick justifying his name..

  4. Bloody hell Sunderland! Martin was good for 14 points there…

  5. Adrian sent off. Sounds harsh

    • Courtois to Adrian was the most popular transfer for keepers. Incredibly unlucky.

      • Pretty sure it will get rescinded, for a high foot but he was looking the other way.

      • Did Curtois to Fabianski laugh

    • Courtois to Adrian then… Unlucky…

  6. That Wildcard button is looking VERY tempting

    • This week or the next for me.

    • yea very tempting indeed…

    • who would you even pick? sure a couple look tempting but not sure. its been 1.5 games

      • gomis, montero, ayew, mahrez, payet, man u defender/gk for sure… possibly cabaye, mata, we’ll see on aguerooooooo and benteke, etc.

        • Man U have some difficult enough looking fixtures coming up. All I am saying is that a couple of hits might be preferable until things settle down. If it was the big boys doing it , then yes.

        • I hear you dreamers. Gotta remind my/ourselves patience is key at this very early stage in the season. But, by golly, what a start to it. Disappointing Fantasy-wise but exciting otherwise.

        • btw – I am half trying to convince myself as much as you FC Sanchez. Ive a whopping 15 points
