Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 2 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW2 is live! This time we are treated to a rarity, a Friday night game. As the Villans welcome in the vaunted Man United attack. However the Red Devils will be missing a key player and we will see what LVG does to offset not having Kyle Walker on the pitch.
If a Friday game wasn’t enough, we are handed a lunch time game between Saints and Everton to kick off our Saturday. Hopefully both teams once again entertain us with goals and bad defending. And please bring on Naismith earlier, the non-Everton fans demand it. Our opening fixture is followed by five 3pm games. The Stokies visit Spurs, a meeting of two sides that will feel hard done to have come away with no points in GW1. In other action Sunderland welcome in Norwich, a match that has everyone very (yawn) excited. Newcastle go to Wales for a match-up with a Swans team that took the game to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. We also see Watford watch the Baggies ride their broken down bus in, after suffering a proper beat down at the hands of the Citizens. The Hammers open their doors to a Leicester team that look really menacing on the attack and in the casino. James Vardy and best mate Okazaki will look to continue to strike fear into defences.
On Sunday we have two fixtures. Pardew will look to continue the good times rolling vs an Arsenal side that is 3 points behind their pace from last season. Strange that, considering they have Petr Cech and he should be worth 12-15 points, maybe it was less, not more? Moving on to the game of the week, well on paper at least. As the most impressive side of GW1, Man City, look for a statement of intent win when they face Jose and a Chelsea side that showed some vulnerabilities on defence.
Monday night sees the game-week come to a conclusion. As Bournemouth makes a trip to Merseyside. Will the Belgian beast get any service? Maybe, if he can convince Ritchie to switch sides before the game.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the fanteam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

Looking at the stats.
Caz and Ramsey with the ball the most, out of the Arsenal mids. Both had near 100 touches. Ramsey & Caz created shots for others, at the same rate with 4 key passes. However Rambo shot more with 4 to 2 and more 2 to 1 on target. Ozil only took one shot but created the most out of anyone with 5 key passes and an incredible 98.2% passing accuracy. Sanchez took 7 shots (2 on target) he did that in 74 minutes. He did not create a shot for anyone, but he certainly looked very dangerous and was a bit unlucky to not score. Think he is the man to get. Giroud scored a wonderful goal, but his service was lacking today if you consider the amount of possession Arsenal had today. He only had 33 touches and shot less than Ramsey and Sanchez. However unlike them he actually scored.
Oh almost forgot, Walcott….yeah, not much to say.
Thanks Mito…
Sanchez for me then.
Squeeze him on my WC after GW4.
@Viking, you look familiar. 😉 think we seen each other a couple of times today on Twitter.
Any stats regarding how good Walcot was in warming the bench?
He kept it a steady and quite toasty 36° for the 90 mins but had a slight dip to 20° when he left for the dressing room at half time. B)
Hahahaha I didn’t expect to laugh so hard at that.
Thanks for that Matt
Haha your welcome Ruben need to keep the smiles going considering the start to this season.
Yeah, haha! Hopefully Liverpool can help us keep our smiles into next GW. YNWA!
Hopefully they will win about 4 or 5 nil and finish the week top of the table!! Won’t care about FPL then
Isit possible to make a decent team with Sanchez aguero and hazard in it?
To be honest, I’m questioning whether it’s possible to have a decent team at all…
Amen.
I have them all.
Silva also…
What do you guys think of this?
A) Walcott,Rooney and Defoe out –> Mahrez,Kun and Gomis in for a hit of -4
Or
B) Walcott and Defoe out –> Mahrez and Gomis with Rooney –> Kun next week
Or Walcott and Rooney to Ayew and Kun??
Keep Rooney as Newcastle next at home and get Gomis and Mahrez in first. Get Aguero in GW4 for Watford Home but things might change if Aguero scores today and his price rises and Rooney price falls.
+1
Just did this.
Cheers Avengers. Will do this move hopefully Mahrez keeps scoring.
Who’s getting BP’s?
Kuns goal is coming!
After Kun’s impressive first 15mins – I already have my finger on the “Play Wildcard” button !!!
