Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 2 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW2 is live! This time we are treated to a rarity, a Friday night game. As the Villans welcome in the vaunted Man United attack. However the Red Devils will be missing a key player and we will see what LVG does to offset not having Kyle Walker on the pitch.
If a Friday game wasn’t enough, we are handed a lunch time game between Saints and Everton to kick off our Saturday. Hopefully both teams once again entertain us with goals and bad defending. And please bring on Naismith earlier, the non-Everton fans demand it. Our opening fixture is followed by five 3pm games. The Stokies visit Spurs, a meeting of two sides that will feel hard done to have come away with no points in GW1. In other action Sunderland welcome in Norwich, a match that has everyone very (yawn) excited. Newcastle go to Wales for a match-up with a Swans team that took the game to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. We also see Watford watch the Baggies ride their broken down bus in, after suffering a proper beat down at the hands of the Citizens. The Hammers open their doors to a Leicester team that look really menacing on the attack and in the casino. James Vardy and best mate Okazaki will look to continue to strike fear into defences.
On Sunday we have two fixtures. Pardew will look to continue the good times rolling vs an Arsenal side that is 3 points behind their pace from last season. Strange that, considering they have Petr Cech and he should be worth 12-15 points, maybe it was less, not more? Moving on to the game of the week, well on paper at least. As the most impressive side of GW1, Man City, look for a statement of intent win when they face Jose and a Chelsea side that showed some vulnerabilities on defence.
Monday night sees the game-week come to a conclusion. As Bournemouth makes a trip to Merseyside. Will the Belgian beast get any service? Maybe, if he can convince Ritchie to switch sides before the game.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the fanteam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

Think I’ll do Rooney to Kun and Hazard to Ayew, then WC next week.
Interesting perspective there, I do feel Hazard is out of form too.
what’s wrong with Chelsea ? not even top 4 standards sofar but good plan tekno
That’s not true m7, they’ll be top 4. They look like they always do but now without good defending. Their defending is shite. Rest is the same, as it has always been. Kun is a must, I’ll have him versus Everton versus Rooney at home versus Newcastle. F that.
“Wildcard is active” … :hippo:
It seems like a good idea with Sanchez and Aguero both starting and scoring HL, I would liked to of waited a bit longer but hell, why not.
Both are just too good to be ignored and since I have none of them in my team – it makes my decision much easier…
we all got fooled by sunderland’s defence and chelsea this year so wildcard it is
To be honest M I’d be happy with another Haz blank and a cheeky price drop. Most of my defenders are going to have to be culled to 4.5’s though which brings it’s own problems.
Im still laughing at the people who backed Sunderlands defence
This week is going horribly again…
How are you guys? 8 guys played plus Sterling/Hazard playing and I’m on 14 points. HAHAHA! This has got to be some kind of record. HAHAHAHAHA! Awesome. I can see how funny this is.
im on 21 points sterling and Haz playing now (inculding thier points in the game so far)
My hope now is Milner lol
11 points, will go up to 14 when Anya get’s subbed on for Wally. Only person i have left is Tekke captain. Major Sigh. Are you thinking about wildcard or nah?
Nah. I think my players are good, apart from a few. Just wondering if I should get Kun now for Rooney. Rooney has Newcastle whereas Kun has Everton. Kun looks amazing though, whereas Rooney looks…………………………
Aguero will probably rise by .1 or .2 this week so i think i gotta get him. Thinking Rooney and Walcott out for Mahrez and Kun
How is Sterling ? is he worth to keep to double up with Kun ?
yaya and silva are better options by the looks of it
Indeed, but I think Sterling will come good sooner or later.
Gonna keep Sterling until WC.
Ditch Hazard & Wilson for Kun & Albrighton probably.
1.5 ITB.
Second opinion please ?
Hi everyone, obviously Aguero’s a necessity but don’t know whether I should leave Rooney in for the Newcastle game.
Thinking about Payrt as well.
2 FTs, what would u do?
After seeing Rooney sleepwalk in the Villa game he’s gone for me. I think he’s well past his prime and he’s not going to be back to his best again, yes he’s going to score goals but not in consistent enough to justify his over the top price tag.
Milburn – I would get AgĂĽero in, United look like they have absolutely zero attacking creativity. Don’t know who you’d downgrade.
Wij to Obertan (sit on the bench every week)
Rooney to Aguero?
Probably not Obertan, I don’t see him being a regular starter, Wanyama would be good for that nailed on 2.
