Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 2 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW2 is live! This time we are treated to a rarity, a Friday night game. As the Villans welcome in the vaunted Man United attack. However the Red Devils will be missing a key player and we will see what LVG does to offset not having Kyle Walker on the pitch.
If a Friday game wasn’t enough, we are handed a lunch time game between Saints and Everton to kick off our Saturday. Hopefully both teams once again entertain us with goals and bad defending. And please bring on Naismith earlier, the non-Everton fans demand it. Our opening fixture is followed by five 3pm games. The Stokies visit Spurs, a meeting of two sides that will feel hard done to have come away with no points in GW1. In other action Sunderland welcome in Norwich, a match that has everyone very (yawn) excited. Newcastle go to Wales for a match-up with a Swans team that took the game to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. We also see Watford watch the Baggies ride their broken down bus in, after suffering a proper beat down at the hands of the Citizens. The Hammers open their doors to a Leicester team that look really menacing on the attack and in the casino. James Vardy and best mate Okazaki will look to continue to strike fear into defences.
On Sunday we have two fixtures. Pardew will look to continue the good times rolling vs an Arsenal side that is 3 points behind their pace from last season. Strange that, considering they have Petr Cech and he should be worth 12-15 points, maybe it was less, not more? Moving on to the game of the week, well on paper at least. As the most impressive side of GW1, Man City, look for a statement of intent win when they face Jose and a Chelsea side that showed some vulnerabilities on defence.
Monday night sees the game-week come to a conclusion. As Bournemouth makes a trip to Merseyside. Will the Belgian beast get any service? Maybe, if he can convince Ritchie to switch sides before the game.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the fanteam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

Thoughts on this WC team? I have 46 points overall so pretty desperate!
MelonCat – Agbonlahor, Gomez, Oxford and Souare would concern me. I assume Mane is going to drop in value too so maybe take him out for now and bring him back at a discount.
Meloncat
I think you’ve covered a lot of he form players, particularly in midfield. Think the defence is a little weak and if I would pull one guy back, maybe Mane. But it’s tough.
Should be OK as long as Gomez stays in the Liverpool team.
Cheers NIN + GP, how about..
Souare -> Ward
Gomez -> Cedric
Mane -> Montero
Then have 6.7 to change Agbonlahor?
Meloncat
I would have suggested Montero for Mane, yeah.
If you did this and took Gomis up to Pelle, how much would that leave you for the third striker?
5.7m for a third, no idea who to put in
Meloncat
I think the 6.7 alternatives are better so maybe Vardy or Okazaki from Leicester.
Anyone else on WC I’m , I have dropped Haz for 3 GW hope he does F all until then & he drops in price it will be hard getting him back in but Che really don’t look good.
Hi Silvers. Yup, i’m on a WC too but Hazard is going nowhere. He really should have scored yesterday, missed a glorious chance. The points will come.
Anyone thinking of jumping off the Chelsea bandwagon and getting on the ManCity wagon?
Punk
Based on the game yesterday, it would be foolish to have no City coverage.
I’m keeping Hazard because he’s too good let go of in my opinion. It’s only a matter of time before he explodes, and it could happen next weekend.
Doing my wildcard, where shall I splash the extra 2 mill? Ozil > Sanchez or yaya > Silva??
Scrap that whole team .
Aaron
Mangala could be heading to Valencia on loan, I’d upgrade to Kompany. Azpilicueta may also have rotation worries now.
Would you consider Mata from Mane to cover United? I think that would be a decent move rather than double Southampton.
In answer to your question though, Ozil to Sanchez.
Oh dayum seriously?! Yeah I’ll upgrade to kompany then. Yeah he will, maybe Cahill instead of azpuil? I’m not sure, that could be a good move but I still think mane will come good :/ Saying that it’s good to have variety if I’m talking out Rooney for aguero. Hmmmm I’ll have to think of the Ozil one, I have a feeling he’s gonna have a very good season
