Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 2 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW2 is live! This time we are treated to a rarity, a Friday night game. As the Villans welcome in the vaunted Man United attack. However the Red Devils will be missing a key player and we will see what LVG does to offset not having Kyle Walker on the pitch.
If a Friday game wasn’t enough, we are handed a lunch time game between Saints and Everton to kick off our Saturday. Hopefully both teams once again entertain us with goals and bad defending. And please bring on Naismith earlier, the non-Everton fans demand it. Our opening fixture is followed by five 3pm games. The Stokies visit Spurs, a meeting of two sides that will feel hard done to have come away with no points in GW1. In other action Sunderland welcome in Norwich, a match that has everyone very (yawn) excited. Newcastle go to Wales for a match-up with a Swans team that took the game to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. We also see Watford watch the Baggies ride their broken down bus in, after suffering a proper beat down at the hands of the Citizens. The Hammers open their doors to a Leicester team that look really menacing on the attack and in the casino. James Vardy and best mate Okazaki will look to continue to strike fear into defences.
On Sunday we have two fixtures. Pardew will look to continue the good times rolling vs an Arsenal side that is 3 points behind their pace from last season. Strange that, considering they have Petr Cech and he should be worth 12-15 points, maybe it was less, not more? Moving on to the game of the week, well on paper at least. As the most impressive side of GW1, Man City, look for a statement of intent win when they face Jose and a Chelsea side that showed some vulnerabilities on defence.
Monday night sees the game-week come to a conclusion. As Bournemouth makes a trip to Merseyside. Will the Belgian beast get any service? Maybe, if he can convince Ritchie to switch sides before the game.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the fanteam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

How to find £2.6m?
Think I will take this point hit as I want Darmian in. Sterling to Montero is probably my preferred move..
Alternatively, I could ignore Darmian, leave Mert in there and downgrade Milner to Anya but I’m not sure I want to leave Mert in for Darmian..
You might need this..
I forgot to add..if I were to downgrade Haz to Montero my next move would be Ozil to Sanchez I think..

Sterling to Montero appeals to me.
GP,
Not sure about Milner to be honest but I will probably bench him anyway.
Just unsure where I would go with Milner if I didn’t leave funds over..
Unless, in a few weeks, I did Milner to a 4.5m and Ozil up to Sanchez..

He still has to play tonight. He’s had a decent preseason and I’m sure he’ll play every week. I wouldn’t judge him right now.
See how you feel afterwards but he could be fair value considering the home matches ahead.
GP, true.
Will definitely be making transfers tonight.
Any suggestions?
HARALD
What’s your current situation?
WC? Free transfers? Money in the bank?
2 mill in the bank. I activated wc after only hitting 55 points with Benteke yet to play.
HARALD
Thanks. You may still want Benteke in there after this evening!
General thoughts: wouldn’t criticise the triple City – I may have that myself soon. Double Swansea I would maybe split. Payet at WHU looks very good just now.
I worry on going with Oxford and Targett moving on, both could lose their places or not play every week and then you are in a bit of trouble.
Try to spend a little more in defence and keep an eye on the de Gea situation at United as that may impact Romero for you.
Thank you
Nice team 😮
Hey guys. Rooney —> Kun. 6.5 mil in the bank but who into midfield?
Mahrez might be a gd idea. Staying clear of Barkley. Wish I had .5 more to go for Chadli.
Maybe Montero?
Ideas?
I would pick Montero or Mahrez.
Swansea have reasonable fixtures in the next couple of GW.
Sali
I did Montero personally but there are a number of good options. Redmond or Hoolahan of Norwich attack really well, Barkley I wouldn’t dismiss either, he looked really decent again at the weekend.
After that you could have Mahrez or Albrighton too. Arnautovic of Stoke looks good too and was on the penalty on Saturday.
Yea I’m feeling Mahrez. Everton’s fixtures are too heavy for Barkley and Montero looks good, but I’m just not sure he’ll get the FPL points.
Thanks guys. Also leaves me .8 in the bank for an upgrade if needed.
I’ve gone for Mahrez – just couldn’t ignore his form. Montero is an exciting player to watch but I’m not sure how good he’ll be from a fantasy perspective. His goal record isn’t great.
Other options you might want to consider are Lens and Cabaye.
I would pick Montero or Mahrez.
Swansea have reasonable fixtures in the next couple of GW.
Sorry, my bad. should be on ohyesali reply.
Barkley is going to be fantastic this season. Hes been fantastic these first two games and is only going to get better. Playing as the number 10 and fit, this season is going to be his big one.
Afternoon peeps. This is probably blasphemy to many of you but I hope Liverpool lose 1-0 tonight. Wilson scoring the winner wouldn’t be too bad either… 😉
blasphemy of the highest order james
