LVG has already said “we don’t have wingers with the class or pace of Ronaldo or Di Maria”, so that tells me he’ll play wide. Mata isn’t a wideman, Moyes showed us that much last season.

Same position as he’s playing now i reckon. If he had any battle in him then he’d be a solid mid. As much a girl as Di Maria can be, he’s a workhorse at the same time. That’s what i reckon will happen anyway. Rooney out wide and Mata in the mid sounds a bit wonky to me.

Tekno – If they reckon Sanchez is £10.5m’s worth, then we’re looking at at least the same but maybe even dearer than Yaya! I think he’ll be £11m/£11.5m.

I think Sanchez was priced at 10.5 because there was the possibility of him playing up front. If you look at Hazard being priced at 10 and Ozil arriving last season at 10 then 10.5 this year for Di Maria seems fair.
