Evening all, been out all day, just got back to see a poor effort from Bojan, De Gea + Shrek, Mata actually getting some points for me, so 2 transfers to come, thinking if all goes well this week DeBuchy + Shrek out, Dummett + Aguerro in, does that sound ok ?

I’d still be tempted to keep Rooney till Agueros back to full fitness maybe see how Aguero does tomorrow v the mighty reds! U can’t deny Rooney still has 6 juicy fixtures lined up mate!

Ward–Palace ain’t going to be defensively sound now Pulis has gone.
Robertson– Hull are in Europa, so will struggle at times.
Collins– Not nailed.
Caulker–May get the odd goal but QPR will concede.
O’Shea–Mackems also likely to concede.
You need 2 premium defenders + a middle of the road defender(4.5) + 2 cheapos (4.0) who start, probably take a couple of weeks to do it though.

Agree with you. I brought in Ivanovic for Caulker. Had 2.7 Mn in the bank. Still have 0.7 Mn ITB. Wont use d WC early. Will sort out everything by GW 6 i suppose. Thanx a lot for your detailed reply mate. Very much appreciated

I wouldn’t have bought Ivan, i’d have got Cahill + had 0.5mill extra to spend, but its done now.

I disagree mate. If you have the funds to go for a premium defender it just have to be Ivan. Almost playing as a forward,the lad and he’s doing good. Can’t see him being dropped. Ivanovic should be the man for me.

Both of you seem to make a point. But Ivanovic due to his attacking threat has a slight edge over Cahill. I have bought him as a long term investment. Ots always great to have a Chelsea def and a Man City def. Soon will be bringing in Kompany and a 4.5 Mn Def and the two others would be 4 mn defs. May be Dummett and Wisdom
