Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 20 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW20 is live! And we are off, The Hammers take on Liverpool in a lunch time kickoff. Not sure what to expect from this one, after West ham ruined their perfect run of 5 straight games with a draw when they mistakenly beat Southampton on Monday. Three o’clock brings us six juicy fixtures. Chumpions-to-be Arsenal take on pushovers Newcastle, Leicester try to continue the magic carpet ride with Mahrez at the helm when they tackle The Cherries. Man United will look to continue their run of boring going, when they tangle with a perfect dance partner in Swansea, Zzzz. Norwich face off against a peculiar Saints side. Southampton has one win in their last seven and naturally they mauled Arsenal for that one. West Brom will look to contain the all of sudden potent Stoke attack and in other action or lack thereof we see a clueless Sunderland take on the dumbfounded Villa. In the last fixture of the day, Watford and City tangle and what most will hope turns into a shootout. Personally, I beg of you Ighalo, STOP SCORING!!!
Sunday sees two fixtures. The tough Palace defence looks to keep another clean sheet versus Chelsea and free scoring Everton battle it out with third place Spurs and what will be a duel between Lukaku and Kane.

On a low scoring week for many I’m happy with 32 points (if Yaya gets 3 bonus as predicted).
Same here, should be 32 if Aguero keeps his 3 bonuses, with Barkley / Lukaku / Kane to come.
Is this a good time to wildcard,get kun in and catch the price rises until the next Gameweek,also have 3 players close to dropping in price tonight.don’t know if it’s going to be that busy a transfer window.what’s everyone’s thoughts.

Just thinking of catching the price rises on payet,kun and avoiding drops on some of my players.appreciate your thoughts.

The obvious route to Kun is selling Giroud. Cabaye has Villa next so you can wait another week for Payet while you work on funding Kun.
I don’t see any need to wildcard here mate.

1 of 7, if you want Kun then I would fund it by selling Vardy to Ighalo and then Giroud to Kane.
Does that give you enough to change Cabaye to Payet? Payet is not someone you need immediately.

I’d probably do Giroud to Kane and run with it for a while.
I used my wildcard last week and it’s not dissimilar to yours.
If you find yourself desperate for Kun there’s always KDG & Vardy to Kun &(let’s say) Stanislas.
Presumably that would also give you enough for Cabaye to Payet.
Do it over 3/4 weeks.

Wow going from 85 last week to 18 with Kane and Souare to play is terrible!! Today’s games were all against the grain. Pool were worse than usual today. Tekkers and Firmino really are not fitting in.

Hey Matt, nice team that mate. Not much to do but I would maybe look at Vardy. Two obvious options are Kun or Ighalo – depends which way you want to go really with that one.

Cookie and Dreamers- Cheers lads. I was thinking of Vardy out but that’s what everyone is doing at the moment so he’s becoming a bit of a differential which is strange but he has dropped in form and Leicester have also.
Might bring in Kun but I’m still not happy with his fitness! He seemed to have hurt his neck after that header today was touching and stretching it while grimacing so I’m not really full of confidence right now. What you think?
Matt, from what I saw of the game, which was in parts to be fair, I was more impressed with Ighalo than Kun.
Ye Ighalo has been great all season and if he was on penalties I think it’d be him with the goalscoring record and not Vardy. The only thing is Watford have 50/50 fixtures that aren’t the best but aren’t the worst either so I’m really torn.
How did Payet play when he came on?
PP, he had some nice touches, took the piss out of the Scousers and then set up a team mate through on goal which was hit straight at Migs.
Would have no hesitation in bringing him in assuming he gets through the Cup tie next week.

In my eyes you have a fee problems there. I’d be looking at the West Brom lads out but then you have Vardy…. so ill return your question from above what are you planning on doing with him??
Dont mind the West Brom guys. Fletcher is bench fodder and the fixtures arent bad. You dont feel the same?
Vardy – might just bench him for the Spurs game and play Alderwireld? No clue really. Besides Aguero, dont really want anyone else. But how the hell to make that happen is the issue especially with 2 City home games next (so dont want to lose KDB). It might have to be Vardy to Aguero and lose Ramsey for whoever I can afford.
Or I could go Payet in for Fletcher but that then changes the formation.
I just feel that West Brom haven’t been the solid defensive unit that usually comes with a Pulis team.
I was thinking Vardy to Kun but then I’d have to get rid of KDB really and I don’t want to do that.
How do you feel about Fletcher to Payet and then you could bench Vardy and play Alder and the way Leicester have played the last three games it could really work out. They haven’t scored in those three and Spurs have been pretty solid defensively so that drought could stretch to four.

prob prefer Kane as captain over Arna but the principal sounds good
Ye I only went with Arna over Kane because Leicester have kept a CS in there last 2 and we’re unlucky not to have another against Liverpool so they might keep it tight again.
