Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 20 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match ChatGW20 is live! And we are off, The Hammers take on Liverpool in a lunch time kickoff. Not sure what to expect from this one, after West ham ruined their perfect run of 5 straight games with a draw when they mistakenly beat Southampton on Monday. Three o’clock brings us six juicy fixtures. Chumpions-to-be Arsenal take on pushovers Newcastle, Leicester try to continue the magic carpet ride with Mahrez at the helm when they tackle The Cherries. Man United will look to continue their run of boring going, when they tangle with a perfect dance partner in Swansea, Zzzz. Norwich face off against a peculiar Saints side. Southampton has one win in their last seven and naturally they mauled Arsenal for that one. West Brom will look to contain the all of sudden potent Stoke attack and in other action or lack thereof we see a clueless Sunderland take on the dumbfounded Villa. In the last fixture of the day, Watford and City tangle and what most will hope turns into a shootout. Personally, I beg of you Ighalo, STOP SCORING!!!

Sunday sees two fixtures. The tough Palace defence looks to keep another clean sheet versus Chelsea and free scoring Everton battle it out with third place Spurs and what will be a duel between Lukaku and Kane.

So I end the week on 37 and so does my cup opponent. He has no goals in his team and so I advance on a goal from Johnny Evans, of all people smile

Just seen Vardy is set to have a slight procedure so will be on the sidelines for awhile. Was going to just leave him on the bench but now I’m thinking it’d be best to sell him. Thoughts? 1 FT and 4.0 itb

Looks like I can do my Vardy out for Ighalo and Deulofeou to Payet/ similar priced mid..

    Evening all.

Check my team and then the bench ….

    24 points sitting there!

No need for a WC there GP, if anything the bench there says there’s even less need. Will be some who jump on it as a reaction to a poor week whilst forgetting the same squad probably got 60 or 70 a week or so back. Can’t see your chips there but I’m guessing there’s at least a bench boost and a triple capo left so hold firm on the WC for a DGW.

Forgive my absence – I was cheering on our latest Scottish World Champion!

        Well done Gary Anderson!

My squad – firstly I agree it doesn’t NEED a WC. I feel, like Cookie, that I want to give it some more thought because I am getting nowhere week on week. Strangely I am tonight EXACTLY 120 points in my ML Cookie. smile

I need Lukaku and Ighalo and I need Ozil back but as importantly as these, I need the right differentials which I’ve given some thought to this afternoon.

I still have AOA and TC chips, Init.

The bench boost is the one that goes hand in hand with WC and a DGW so if that’s gone then I’d be less concerned about when to use the WC. The other 2 just need a small bit of planning to have the correct capo and extra mid in place. Maybe consider it then. Won’t even ask what time you got up if you consider 10pm to be the afternoon smile

        • Thanks Init.

Again that in itself was another consideration to using the WC now.

I do worry though that I will be using each of my WCs this season too early. I regretted playing my first one as early.

I do on balance though feel that any DGWs can be prepared for in advance, even at the cost of -4 if necessary.

I was out a run this afternoon – that’s my thinking time 😉

Still gotta wait on my moves for next GW, but which would you prefer? (Players out are Wally, Vardy and either Deulofeu or Lukaku)

Ramsey, KDB, and Vardy out for Arnautovic, Payet and Aguero (-4) ?
