Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 20 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW20 is live! And we are off, The Hammers take on Liverpool in a lunch time kickoff. Not sure what to expect from this one, after West ham ruined their perfect run of 5 straight games with a draw when they mistakenly beat Southampton on Monday. Three o’clock brings us six juicy fixtures. Chumpions-to-be Arsenal take on pushovers Newcastle, Leicester try to continue the magic carpet ride with Mahrez at the helm when they tackle The Cherries. Man United will look to continue their run of boring going, when they tangle with a perfect dance partner in Swansea, Zzzz. Norwich face off against a peculiar Saints side. Southampton has one win in their last seven and naturally they mauled Arsenal for that one. West Brom will look to contain the all of sudden potent Stoke attack and in other action or lack thereof we see a clueless Sunderland take on the dumbfounded Villa. In the last fixture of the day, Watford and City tangle and what most will hope turns into a shootout. Personally, I beg of you Ighalo, STOP SCORING!!!
Sunday sees two fixtures. The tough Palace defence looks to keep another clean sheet versus Chelsea and free scoring Everton battle it out with third place Spurs and what will be a duel between Lukaku and Kane.
Saturday in full…
West Ham v Liverpool 12:45pm
Arsenal v Newcastle 3pm
Leicester v Bournemouth 3pm
Man Utd. v Swansea 3pm

Thoughts on this team?
If Vardy is injured, then:
Vardy > Aguero
Ramsey > Alli / Antonio / 5.7M mid
If Vardy is fit to start, then Ramsey > Payet maybe?
2FTs
Aguero & Alli for Vardy & Ramsey
B, agree with EBC, get Kun and Alli.
I would get kun and Alli too
Morning the B this will make things interesting if Vardy is out for 2-3 wks I was getting Payet in but I might have to chance now , would like Kane in place of Vardy. I thk Vardy to Kun & Ram to Alli are good moves.
Thanks all. I think I am now set on Alli and Aguero in for Ramsey and Vardy.
Alli as a 4th midfielder might not be that bad.
He plays a lot like Ramsey (runs into the box a lot to give himself scoring opportunities) and he has great fixtures.
I’m going Alli 4th mid, Stanislas 5th until I work out where to fit Payet in.
I think we have a similar plan then!![smile](https://fantasyfootball247.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/kama-wp-smile/packs/qip/smile.gif)
The B,
I would get Alli and Kun for Ramsey and Vardy.
Most of the time Alli played more advance than Kane last night.
Kane played too deep, which reduce chance for him to score.
Hey guys here is my team
Ddg Hennessy
Monreal Toby Moreno wolly kolarov
Kdb Ozil mahrez Alli surman
Lukaku Kane vardy
Is this worth a hit?
Kolarov to nyom
Vardy to kun
Niloh,
Tricky one but I would err on the side of yes. Vardy may not be back and Kun has two home matches. Maybe look at Rangel instead of Nyom?
niloh you could just do Ighalo but I thk I would rather have Kun so take the hit.
Morning all, if Vardy is out I’m thinking now is a good time to get rid, but not a clue who for.
Kane, Ighalo, perhaps a punt on Martial?
I could alternatively shift to a 3-5-2 and bring in Willian or Payet.
Already have Alli and Walker for Spurs and Cresswell for West Ham.
None from the others.
Thanks in advance.
Out of the above names, it’s Kane for me AT.
Cheers Cookie, anyone you prefer over any of them?
For reference, I’ve got 2FT and £1.4m in the bank; the team is below.
My main issue with Kane is I need to raise a further £1.5m and the only person to get rid of that is appealing to me at the moment is Bertrand. That would mean a £3.8m non starter!
Although I agree, he probably is the best bet!
What about De Gea to Hennessey / Rudd / Elliot? Does that give you enough cash?
BTW, I’d play Bertrand, Walker before Bellerin.
Cheers EBC, just don’t really want to lose United defensive cover.
Also, you reckon Pool will score before Ighalo does? haha
Morning folks, hope you all had a good New Year. Sadly I am sure we all had a pretty pathetic GW 20 even if I did have Cresswell, Ali and Alderweirld on my bench – smh you couldn’t make this shit up. Anyway lol.
Vardy’s stock seems to be going down anyway as Leicester form seems to have also taken a tumble too.
So who is going to fill that Vardy shape hole in your life?
Kun, Giroud… even the mighty Andy Carroll?
Would love to hear your thoughts.
specialK – nice bench mate!!
Kun over Giroud or Carroll any day.
Yeh, I agree. Kun over Giroud and Carrol but I’m still not sure who to het out of Kun, Kane and even Costa!! So many choices I think this end of the season is going to get very interesting.
I’m in the same boat mate. Costa is too volatile for me. Yellows and reds come too easy to him.
Morning Cookie, stop it was hilarious and they ALL got bonus points.
Yeah I am mulling over Kun.
Starting to see him come back into the form that commands his price tag.
Please advice if wild card needed or not??
my original team
If Wildcard activated
1st option below
2nd option below
please i need help for wildcard (any suggestions)
What position are you overall and in your mini leagues? Basically are you chasing or being chased?
I am still in the cup and in my league 3rd with 1102 points and the 1st is 1146 points & overall 190,325
I like team 2 but id take out Lukaku and replace with a non starter and get replace Morrison with Alli. Without checking im 99% sure Evertons next 2 are Man City and Chelsea – they then have 3 decent fixtures – and spurs next 2 are decent fixtures – I cant check who else I’ll lose what I’ve just written – bloody Windows phone. You can always then try to get lukaku back in for the decent run but id be more inclined to keep an eye on the kids and get Everton coverage that way.
Midfielders not *kids ;-/
Any advice here please:
Hennesey, Gomes
Bellerin Ward Alder Simpson Cresswell
Mahrez Ozil KDB Barkley Hoolahan
Lukaku Kane Vardy*
2FTs 4.3 ITB.
A) Hoola->Alli and bench barkley, and save other FT
B) Barkley, hoola, vardy -> Alli, Stanislas, Aguero (-4)
C) Vardy, Barkley -> Costa and Alli
D) Other?
Im leading ML’s and rank 120k.
C sounds interesting.
