Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 20 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match ChatGW20 is live! And we are off, The Hammers take on Liverpool in a lunch time kickoff. Not sure what to expect from this one, after West ham ruined their perfect run of 5 straight games with a draw when they mistakenly beat Southampton on Monday. Three o’clock brings us six juicy fixtures. Chumpions-to-be Arsenal take on pushovers Newcastle, Leicester try to continue the magic carpet ride with Mahrez at the helm when they tackle The Cherries. Man United will look to continue their run of boring going, when they tangle with a perfect dance partner in Swansea, Zzzz. Norwich face off against a peculiar Saints side. Southampton has one win in their last seven and naturally they mauled Arsenal for that one. West Brom will look to contain the all of sudden potent Stoke attack and in other action or lack thereof we see a clueless Sunderland take on the dumbfounded Villa. In the last fixture of the day, Watford and City tangle and what most will hope turns into a shootout. Personally, I beg of you Ighalo, STOP SCORING!!!

Sunday sees two fixtures. The tough Palace defence looks to keep another clean sheet versus Chelsea and free scoring Everton battle it out with third place Spurs and what will be a duel between Lukaku and Kane.

    Hey guys,
another disappointing week and the 2nd time Alli has been on my bench while scoring but i don’t seem to have room in my mids for him.
I have KDB, Ozil, Mahrez, Barkley and Alli
with Vardy, Kun and Luka up top
I suppose if Vardy is out for awhile i could bench him for Alli but i do have 2FTs.

    Hi guys,

Team is below and I’m facing a real quandary! I have 1 FT and £2.7m in the bank. Annoyingly, I can’t afford to do a straight swap of Walcott and Vardy for Costa and Payet by just £0.1m! Let me know which of the options you think is best:

    1. Vardy and Walcott > Ighalo and Payet (4-point hit, £4.3m left in the bank)
    2. Vardy, Walcott and Redmond > Costa, Payet and Barry (cheapest mid who’s played the most minutes to rely on as a sub) (8-point hit, £0.9m left in the bank)
    3. Vardy and Walcott > Ighalo and Willian (would then change him to Payet after Chelsea’s good fixtures) (4-point hit, £4.9m left in the bank)
    4. Vardy, Walcott and Redmond > Aguero, Alli and Barry (cheapest mid who’s played the most minutes to rely on as a sub) (8-point hit, £0.7m left in the bank)
    5. Vardy and Walcott > Costa and Arnauotovic (would then change him to Payet after Stoke’s good fixtures) (4-point hit, £0.8m left in the bank)
    6. Anything else you can recommend?!

Have been making good ground in my leagues recently and so can’t help but think these transfers could be crucial with some of the games coming up!

Ok this has totally F— my plans up what do I do Kol > Bennett & Vardy > Kane or Barkley > Payet & Vardy > Ighalo I’m leaning towards the later thoughts please 😉

I’d go 1 and bench Barkley for the next 2 GWs.

Ighalo is good but not as good as Kane, Lukaku, Aguero imo. Payet is good and I want him in but I think he can wait until GW24 (Kane is more urgent).

    Colriles says:

Morning all. The Vardy news has me seriously considering a punt on Andy Caroll. Yup I said it. Please talk me out of it…. I should mention my season has been crap and I’ll never win my ML. And the Hammers have Bou, New, Villa, Sou, Norwich, and Sund (and City…) in the next 7. #justsayin

      Silvers says:

Colriles this could be a good shout with Payet back I didn’t even consider it but it could be worth a punt for a differential Happy New Yr mate good shout

      photek says:

Not for me Colriles, if i was bringing in a hammer it would only be Payet, i think they’re better options up top over Caroll

      Colriles says:

Thanks Pho – that’s the level-headed advice I was looking for. 😉 Silvers threw me for a loop… So do I go for Vardy > Kane or someone else? Don’t have the cash or FT’s to stretch to Kun.

      Cech, Butland
      Kola, Dawson, Toby, Morgan, Nyom
      Ozil, Mahrez,KDB, Arnie, Bolasie
      Lukaku, Vardy, Ighalo

      • photek says:

Vardy > Kane looks a good move if its confirmed Vardy is out for a couple of weeks.
You could also let Vardy ride on your bench and replace Bolasie with Alli perhaps

      • Silvers says:

Now Now Colriles where is your Chrismas spirit I thk to play catch up you where looking for a differential Kane is the obvious choice but a lot of teams will already have him , if your not getting Payet Caroll could do ok.

    Wafflez says:

My team, the obvious transfer is Baines to someone.
    Thinking Dier or maybe Cresswell..
The other on is Barkley out instead and Alli in,,,,
Need to raise funds to get Kun in a couple of gws ..
Any thoughts on this team? 😉
