Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 21 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW21 is live! Tuesday night footy? Hell yeah, we will have some of that. Three fixtures start of our game-week, all starting at 7:45pm. Mid table Championship team Aston Villa play host to a slightly embarrassed Palace side who got ran off the pitch by the born again Chelsea. The Hammers and #PayetNation will look to payback their early season defeat against Bournemouth. The last of the triad of average games sees, the suddenly attacking Manchester United take on the suddenly defensive side Newcastle, who has only given up 3 total goals in their last 3 and managed to lose all three.
Wednesday sees the remaining action with seven fixtures to cap off the game-week. With five games kicking off at 7:45 and the remaining two, just fifteen minutes later. Chelsea will look to continue to regain trust and investment in their players when they face off against a surging Baggies side. The Toffees and their freewheeling side will look to match goal for goal with a City side who can really rack them up at home. The Saints will look to regain their lost form when they face-off against the god of great fantasy value Ighalo. Arnie’s Army and Shaq’s ladies will be hoping that their FPL investment in the two Stoke men will be repaid when they face Norwich. In the (couldn’t make me watch even with a gun to my head) worst fixture of the day we see the Swans and Sunderland make us wonder how some of these guys even get paid. We close the game-week with two cracking games when LFC look to take down the already celebrating Arsenal and their fans. In the other game, Spurs play host to a Leicester side that is starting to show signs of cracking after no wins in their last three.

Fix defence, I might have a headache every single week who to choose as fourth mid, but this will also allow me to have some breathing room when injuries do occur.

So I’ve been rash and made a mid-gameweek transfer, which typified me in seasons past but I’ve thus far avoided this year. Ali & Deulofeu -> Payet & Surman. I just brought Ali in this week but I needed him for a solid playing mid. I should have just taken a -8 for this GW and brought Payet in as I wanted to. *Sigh*
Onward and upwards and green arrows I hope!
Is aguero enough city coverage? Is kdb worth swapping for payet?
Shanec, I’m a big fan of KDB over the next six weeks and would fear not having him as much as I’d fear not having Payet – both are consistent double digit scorers.

Morning Cookie. I’m just in the door from work so haven’t seen anything other than his FPL return. On that alone, i’d get him in for next GW unless there are other way more important issues of course.

Morning NIN, mate we were strolling at 2-0 and then I switched over as SWMBO wanted to watch the Americans. Sounded like quite a game. Was loosely following the games on twitter and seemed like Payet was running the show for the Hammers – let’s hope tonight is as good and Mahrez does f all!!
2-0 up? That’s awful to lose a lead like that to Newcastle. Louis is only lucky that the United board don’t like Jose or else he’d be on his ear.
NIN, can’t really comment on the second half as I didn’t see it, but they were well in control when I turned over. It was a bit like the old days, in control, scoring, giving a few chances away at the other end……obviously it went all pete tong in the 2nd!

NiN, United fans wanted an entertaining game, they got it. This was on the players, Fellaini missed three sitters. Rooney was awesome this game and it was probably the most entertaining United and Newcastle game of the season.

Smalling was terrible this game, he was responsible for two goals conceded, penalty and the the other was an assist to the Dumnet goal. Blind in the defence is just crazy. One of my mini league rivals had three United defenders. Awesome.
The United team is shite, so decide. Entertainment or boring and grab more points. Woodward and LvG are responsible for the terrible spending. With Di Maria this team would have been way more entertaining.
But hilarious you tuned out of the most entertaining game of the season. 😛

Pretty tough one there B – as you say you’d have to lose Kane. Luk, KDB or Ozil. If you had the cash would you get Payet for Alli?

Bought Ali this GW on a -4 to get Kun. I wanted to get Payet instead but I didn’t because it wouldn’t have taken a -8. I did 20 different potential WC drafts that all had him in but I just couldn’t pull the trigger. So i ended up shipping out Ali and Deulofeu for Payet and Surman for this week. I hate the hit but I really like my starting 11 now!

4 points from De Gea and Dann. De Gea is definitely out of my team as it’s so frustrating having him in there and getting consistent 2pts at his price. I’m gonna use him to help fund Payet with a -4 this week. Unless anything more pressing comes up.
