Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 21 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 21GW21 is live! We hope you are happy with your transfers, your line-up and your all important captain selection as there’s little else you can do now other than sit back and watch the action unfold. Live Match Chat is your chance to have your say on the line-ups as they are announced, the games as they happen and the fallout afterwards! We kick it off with the saga of Brendan and Gerrard, will he bench him or play him? This is followed by six 3pm games including our dear friend Baines and his customary one pointer. Simultaneously Chelsea will be out for blood after getting the stuffing kicked out of them the previous GW. I say Pardew picked a good time to leave, as Newcastle might feel the repercussions of an embarrassed giant looking to redeem themselves. On Sunday we see little ol’ Arsenal play the brutes from Stoke and that is followed by the most intriguing game of the week when Man Utd. host the Saints to finish off the GW.

Saturday in full…

Sunderland v Liverpool 12:45pm

Burnley v QPR 3pm

Chelsea v Newcastle 3pm

Everton v Man City 3pm

Leicester v Aston Villa 3pm

Swansea v West Ham 3pm

West Brom v Hull City 3pm

Crystal Palace v Spurs 5:30pm

GW21 then concludes on Sunday with…

Arsenal v Stoke 1:30pm

Man Utd v Southampton 4pm

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for GW21 from all at FF247!

Not sure if this question has been answered but does anyone know why Aguero wasnt price protected when his red flag was removed ??

Yep Raz touched the topic earlier. His flag went from red to yellow and then got removed hence his price not being protected. If his flag went from red directly to “green” his price would have been protected! Kinda makes sense but still annoying as hell to miss out on it!

      • jamesimmo says:

+1 and yes, it’s annoying as hell really!

        • KungFuKingCantona says:

Yeah I might actually have to play my WC early! He can’t triple rise this GW can he?? Come on he only played 20 mins for heaven’s sake!!! laugh

        • Raziel says:

If he does go up another 0.2 I might do Costa to Kun. Really don’t like Costa all that much.

        • KungFuKingCantona says:

Mmmh my plan with my 2 FT was Rooney > Kun and Zabaleta > Luiz. I don’t think Costa is the big point hauler but he is consistent. Expensive but consistent. I think I may keep him all season. He should score more points than Fabregas or not? Would would you rather have between Costa and Fabregas? You would save over 2 mil with Fabregas which would be quite handy!

        • Raziel says:

This was the mail I received from Adam of FFF late last night. He told me what was about to happen. Really helpful. Actually didn’t expect a response till maybe late today. This is it:
”Its our understanding that protection only applies when a red flag goes immediately to available, whereas Aguero went to doubtful in between. He could well go up tonight, as there is currently increased uncertainty of the % to due wildcard activity. ”

Might have explained it poorly, hope this is better.

      • Brookyboy says:

Because it didn’t go straight from red to green ? Well that rule really sucks !! Plus people saying that transfers done through wildcards don’t count towards price rises must be be b.s too !! Can afford to bring him in for Costa this week but have a few defensive issues and don’t really fancy a -4.Was really hoping to hold off w.c till end of month sad

Wally not starting today, just point out the obvious. 😉

      • Magichatmatt says:

I hadnt noticed that! Was thinking about keeping Downing for the Hull game and keep the money for Wally aside…. cheers…. Do you know if he has had another setback?

        • Raziel says:

He’s just on the bench? Attacking wise Arsenal has a lot of options. They have Giroud (whom will always start I think since he’s the only real striker they have), Welly, Sanchez, Ozil (coming back), Ox and Santi. I think only Sanchez and Giroud are safe at the moment. >.<

Magic press f-ing reply. Don’t start a new comment section every time. FFS dude.

You’re a regular right? Which part of your brain has been deactivated? Is it in the magichat? >.<

Anyhoooooooooooooooooooo. I'm waiting with wildcard even though a lof of players will probably rise this week. I know, crazy. Sighs. But it's me we're talking about. Crazy is my middle name. Anyway, want to watch todays games before making my decision. If really no other way, I'll press activated.

The selling value of my team is currently 104m, which is really f-ing good by the way.

The only thing I don’t like about your team is Walcott other than that I think your wildcard team is good.

    Pottys ” Costa” View
Ok folks,I know you take me as a nutter but listen in.
    In my eyes…..
Diego Costa….he shoots he score’s so the Mathew Harding stand sings? And yes that’s just what he does.
But in the FPL world that’s just not enough…..he is the modern day Gary Lineker, lurks around in the penalty box and bags the odd goal but does very little else.
6pts one week then 2pts the next.
I have planned my team of late in a way that tonight he is gone for me and in comes Aguero but there is a risk here.
With the Title race beginning to hot up I expect Mourinho to fire up Costa as in a way a golden goal run is around the corner.
    Bloody dilemma ain’t it.
