Quite like it Innit, certainly different from most of the teams we see but not sure about triple Sunderland !! Like the Puncheon pick, thinking about having him in my wc team when i activate it tomorrow. Also don’t like having to choose who to bench every week, always end up leaving points on the bench.LIke i did last week with Downing and this week with Eriksen sad

Is it possible Defoe – Kane, puncheon – JWP (sou), haz-fab, siggy -sterling, Hutton- Baird (wb) and bring in a stronger keeper than myhil. Depends on Baird starting today.feel sterling will benefit with sturridge return and siggy will miss bony.

Hi Init, I think my views on top-priced strikers are well-known. Maybe when I play my WC I’ll put Austin, Berahino and Gayle up front just to show Kane’s not the only good budget option smile That apart, I’d be wary of having both goalkeepers from the same team – far better to have 2 1st-choice ones to choose from once teams start getting DGWs and blank GWs. The way I’d fund that, without requiring you to completely rip up your plans, would be to replace Hazard with either Fabregas or Oscar.

      • 1 of 7 says:

Agree with that gkw.I think this year there is a good opportunity to rotate between budget strikers with good fixtures Kane, ings,Austin, berahino and Gayle.

Just looked at your profile gkw,you have been flying the past few weeks.I have to try and chase you down in one of my leagues.

        • inittowinit says:

Thanks gkw and 1 of 7. Won’t be ripping this up with any drastic changes but I’ll certainly look at the keepers again. It was budget constraints that led me down that particular road but also WBA fixtures up until about GW30 suggest that rotation wouldn’t actually be necessary.

      Init

It is assumed you have spent hours on the planning ahead and rotation of your squad so I won’t question your reasoning whatsoever. I’ll assess it player for player then, in my opinion.

Goalies are sound. Hassle-free Pulis coverage.

      Strikers pick themselves. Love ’em.

Sanchez and Hazard are definites. Agree totally with the Palace coverage in there so Punch fine. Johnson and Siggy are notoriously patchy so a consideration for Chadli or Eriksen perhaps. Tottenham are winning games at the right end of the table. Can Eriksen and JWP work?

I think you have the best coverage available in defence from your respective teams.

      Overall very good.

Hi mate, some serious advice needed please.
After my points today (42) I sit around 57k in the overall ranking.
I have Sanchez/Silva/Downing (cpt) / Aguero left to play.
Tonight I switched Kane for Gayle and my team looks good.
Now onto this January Wildcard which is my only one, do we have to play it or can I let it go?
I’ve now 2 Million in my bank which allows me to upgrade Wanamya of Southampton in midfield after Gwk 23.
Take a look or anyone in fact and would you be happy with what I’ve got?
    Look forward to the input

      inittowinit says:

Potty you don’t need to play it at all. In theory your squad looks ok for next week and you may be able to hold it for GW24. Doing a transfer so early on in a 2 week break maybe wasn’t the best idea though but now you’ll have to see how your luck holds out I guess until after the FA Cup games and see what it looks like then.

      • Potty Procky says:

        Thanks Inittowinit
I was hoping to hear them words.
I did the early transfer as I don’t want to lose value on Kane plus I did not want Dwight’s price to rise either, which it will.
I’ve planned my moves and me not taking hits a plenty this season is now reaping me rewards.

      gkw says:

Very nice team, Potty. I’d play the January WC next GW, just for tidying up your subs – upgrade Wanyama, switch Mannone to Pants, maybe also replace Downing after this GW because of tough fixtures. There’s no actual harm in playing the January WC.
