GW22 is live! We hope you are happy with your transfers, your line-up and your all important captain selection as there’s little else you can do now other than sit back and watch the action unfold. Live Match Chat is your chance to have your say on the line-ups as they are announced, the games as they happen and the fallout afterwards! This round of fixtures starts with six games at 3pm as there is no early lunch time game this weekend. Saturday then finishes with the Saints marching in to St. James’ park looking for the 3 points against the Silver fox-less Toon. Sunday brings us two fixtures. The hammers looking to nail down the expected 3 points and the second clash that sees the title contenders square off against the 4th place contender, Gunners. The GW then concludes with what promises to be an interesting battle of wills. That being Everton’s deep desire to concede vs Pulis deep desire to never attack.

Best cheap defenders for a WC team? Have Jones, Bertrand and Terry already so 4ish would be best – just all seem risky…guess they all are at that price though! haha. Just hope Baird plays tomorrow!

AT – I think of those two prob Costa but there are a no of chelsea players that are now viable such as Oscar.
Evening lads. Poor captaincy choice cost me this week but with 50 points and Wisdom to play atleast it shows me I have a balanced team. This is my team for next week. Have 2 FTs and 4.2 mil in the bank and still have my wildcard. Was thinking of selling Siggy and King to bring in Puncheon and Downing? What does everyone think??

Don’t think I’ll bring Downing in anymore he’s next two fixtures are against Liverpool and United so might leave him but id bring Puncheon in for Siggy and play him instead of Wisdom.
Have you used you Wildcard? If not, spend both FT and use the WC next week. Personally wouldn’t want Terry playing but I guess you have no option (unless you get rid of Dummett in you 2FTs). Personally got rid of Siggy for Downing this week but, as you can see below, he is going this week for the fixtures. Why not give Puncheon a punt? Chadli or my new star if not 😉
No I haven’t used my wildcard yet going to play it next week. Ye don’t like Terry’s fixture so might sell Dummett and sell Siggy for Puncheon as West ham have hard fixtures too. Who do you think I should bring in for Dummett??

Evening all, how would you use the 2,7m left over?
Is it silly to drop Austin? Looks on form but tricky home fixtures now..(Kane/Austin?)
Upgrade Barnes to Ings? And I was thinking of selling Austin aswell but I was going to do that in my wildcard and I’m not playing that just yet.
Don’t realky plan on playing Barnes all that often so seems a waste
But then I don’t think JWP can be upgraded to anyone better given fixtures and funds available..
What do you think about upgrading JWP to Puncheon?
Personally not haha. I could upgrade to around the 7,5 mark so the only punts would be the like of Tadic and Mirallas
Ah right well I wouldn’t go with Mirallas, Everton are very poor this season but Tadic could be a good bet and would probably be more likely to score than JWP
