  1. I think it’s time to let Lukaku go. I have 2FTs but 0 in the bank. Could downgrade Lukaku to someone and upgrade Ozil to Sanchez. Any suggestions?

    • Vardy seems the choice. Could also take a punt on Valencia

    • Most will go straight to Vardy again I imagine after seeing this week’s points from him. I wouldn’t be opposed only for this week’s fixture. I can see that being a bore off myself but who knows. Austin is the only other one I’m seriously considering myself.

      • Nobody really sticks out as a Lukaku replacement when looking at fixtures. Vardy (ManC-A, Ars-A), Valencia (Sou-A, Nor-A), Rooney (Che-A, Sun-A), Costa (ManU-H, New-H), Giroud (Bou-A, Lec-H). What a headache!

        • Valencia for me, atleast he has to face Norwich

  2. Who would bethe most ideal5th mid guys or may be fourth

currently have Sanchez, Mahrez, Payet, Alli n whom to get in?
    Strikers are Kane, Kun andIghalo

  3. Nightmare gameweek, I’ve ended up with 50 points. How did you guys fare?

    • So Vardy for City and Arsenal away? For some reason, doesn’t sound all that … fin.

      • 60 here Raz so yeah, meh. Agree on the Vardy doubt but may work. He hasn’t scored away since GW13 though.

    • Had 43 before the day started, but just about everything went right despite starting bad. Baines on the bench meant my sub coming on with 6 points. Lukaku getting subbed off meant Batkley which I owned taking the two pens. I was pissed when Lukaku went off, little did I know what a lucky break that was. Ended up collecting 23 points today with Barks, Luka and Baines sub. Lucky as hell today.

      • I fancy this seat of your pants approach is just you warming up for the main event again laugh

    • 62. Everything was sweet until Barkley got a couple of gifts – killed green arrows. Oh well, now to decide, and execute transfers tonight. This weekend will be huge.

      • Ahem, 43.

What a truly pathetic display again from my squad.

I don’t want any of them bar Aguero.

        • Just don’t know what to say about it anymore Shadow. Struggle on and try our best to save face and then seriously reconsider starting strategy for next season. Yikes.

    • Good scores peepz, apart from Shadow that is. I sort of feel your pain, I guess Daniels saved my face a little bit. Still 16 point short of the top 1k scores. Should I ship out Lukaku tonight? Tired of waiting on price drops.

      • Nevermind, early or late. I’ll just make a shit choice again. Off for bed. Goodnight people.

        • I’ve been making shit choices in my team all season, mate – you get used to it after a while! laugh

    • Rubbish week 51 and had Lukaku as captain

  4. Done transfers for a hit

    Butland
    Dier Bellerin Zouma
    Sanchez(c) Mahrez Payet Ozil
    Kun Kane Ighalo

    bench- Rudd Gosling Ward Targett

  5. Lukaku is dropping at a rate of 13.7 per cent per hour!! He’s not actually died, right?!

    • Haha, may as well have to most FPL owners. I may just keep him as a differential now! Everyone did this with Vardy after a few blanks and then a small injury….

    • Yeah, he hasn’t been getting any returns compounded by a loss of form as you prolly noticed. The final straw for me were the tasty crosses (and there were a several across a few games) from Deulofeu that he wasn’t able to convert. I’m done w/ Lukaku but tough to figure out who to bring in. Got Aguero and Kane.

  6. advice required please?!

    Butland, Elliot.

    Nyom, Dawson, Cresswell, Walker, Simpson.

    Mahrez, Sanchez, Payet, Alli, Stanislas.

Kane, Kun, Lukaku. 1 ft and 4.3 in the bank.

I don’t mind taking a hit as I would like to bench mahrez this week but I also realise that a replacement for Kaku may be needed…

    • Yeah, looks like Lukaku out to me. Unless of course you really want to keep him, then just wait it out until Martinez gives us some info. Good replacements that come to mind are Costa, Vardy, Giroud. Austin could be a great shout too but i’d defo wait to hear from Koeman about his fitness.
