Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 24 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 24GW24 is live! We hope you are happy with your transfers, your line-up and your all important captain selection as there’s little else you can do now other than sit back and watch the action unfold. Live Match Chat is your chance to have your say on the line-ups as they are announced, the games as they happen and the fallout afterwards!
Nothing like a lunchtime derby to get us going, in particular one that is famous for goals galore. We say test the theory and start Roberto Soldado. The North London derby is followed by five 3 o’clock kickoffs which include most of the probable captain choices on everyone’s team. Saturday’s games are anchored by the Merseyside derby in the late game and then Sunday sees the conclusion of the GW with 3 fixtures, including an intriguing match up as Manchester United visit Boleyn Ground stadium to tangle with the hammers.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so you can see yourself climbing the leaderboard and earning all that money that you will soon handover to your significant other.

Saturday in full…

Spurs v Arsenal 12:45pm

Aston Villa v Chelsea 3pm

Leicester v Crystal Palace 3pm

Man City v Hull City 3pm

QPR v Southampton 3pm

Swansea v Sunderland 3pm

Everton v Liverpool 5:30pm

Sunday sees three fixtures to conclude GW24.

Burnley v West Brom 12pm

Newcastle v Stoke 2:05pm

West Ham v Man Utd. 4:15pm

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for GW24 from all at FF247!

    Morning all!
Looking to do my GW 25 transfers tonight (after the games, of course) to avoid price rises. Thinking Austin>>Dofoe, Oscar>>Ozil, and Cameron>>Moreno/Bellerin/Monreal. Not sure which out of the three defenders: Moreno because I don’t have any Liverpool cover and they’ve kept 4 consecutive CS, Bellerin because he’s cheap and has good CS potential and Arsenal are in form, or Monreal for same reasons as Bellerin (0.3 more expensive) but slightly more nailed on. Thoughts?

Also Moreno doesn’t have the best fixtures for the next 3 GWs: Spurs (H), Southampton (A), Man City (H)

Also, is Ozil a better option that Walcott or Cazorla?

      • Depends on Wenger’s mood at any given time, Veer. But for what it’s worth, I think it will only take a couple of average performances to put Cazorla back down the pecking order. Historically, when all the midfielders are fit he’s been the one to make way. It’s only that he’s been on an amazing run in the absence of higher profile players that he’s kept his place. Long term, I’d favour Walcott.

        • Raziel says:

Ozil’s main competition will be Sanchez and well…………… Sanchez > Ozil. Wally seems to be competing with Welly and Ox. I don’t like how little time he has been given after a week where he played 90 minutes. Wenger f-ing sucks and deserved yesterdays loss, what an ignwit (some for Pellegrini, subbing Silva after 70 somewhat minutes). Arsenal tried the playing deep game but they were withdrawn way too far. I think against Spurs Arsenal had to play their own possession game, versus Chelsea the deeper role was perfect. But who am I? >.<

Anyhooooooooooooooooooooooo. Forgot what I wanted to say. sad

        • Veer says:

I doubt Wenger would bench Ozil (42.5 mil!!) for Sanchez if he’s fully fit and playing well. Maybe even a change in formation to be able to fit both of them in there, or sacrifice Cazorla as Bryan said?

        • Raziel says:

Complete idiocy. It’s not like Sanchez or Santi have been average. Ozil gets too much credit after 1 good game and a wonder goal in the second. If Wenger makes decisions on price-tag is the wrong man for the job to start with. You’ll never win anything. Which is kind of the case at the moment. This is the strongest squad Arsenal have had in years and you’re not even in the top 4 at the moment. Really depressing, makes it worse that Spurs kicked you out. 😉

        • Veer says:

Ozil has scored 3 and assisted 1 in his last 3 in all competitions… Also not just his price tag, but we all know what he is capable of when on form 😉

        • Raziel says:

Yeah, in his first season he started with guns blazing for 3-5 games. After that he was dead weight. We’ll see. He’s too much of a hot/cold player. Sanchez always delivers and Cazorla is also way more consistent.

Still pi**ed off about yesterday’s performances. Held off the Kneejerk transfers last night but still thinking of doing Fab and Silva out for Hazard and Walcott/Ozil/Caz.

    Reckon they are sideways transfers?

Foster; Baird, Dawson, McAuley, Lescott; McManaman, Fletcher (c), Yacob, Brunt; Sessegnon; Anichebe

Heaton, Trippier, Shackell, Keane, Mee, Boyd, Jones, Marney, Arfield, Barnes, Ings.
