Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 25 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
GW25 is live! We hope you are somewhat happy with your transfers and are not a nervous wreck because of some last second captaincy change. So kick your feet up or hide behind the couch (your choice) and let T.J. deliver all the team sheets for you. Nothing like a dose of midweek games to keep us all sharp and our FPL players all tired. GW25 kicks off with 4 fixtures including FPL favourites Arsenal with a seemingly easy fixture to accumulate a ton of FPL points. The early games also include a game that promises a cure to insomnia when Hull and Villa tangle in a bore-fest. Which is almost matched by the tension in the air at the Stadium of Light when road warriors QPR look to tickle the Black Cats. Tuesday night is capped off with an intriguing game between Liverpool and Spurs in a battle of future English national team disappointments Kane and Sterling. Wednesday sees six fixtures in all, including some very compelling games. By compelling, I mean better than those on Tuesday. Chelsea welcome the Toffees into their home in what could prove to be a tricky fixture, for 20 minutes or so. LVG’s men receive Burnley and the only real question is what formation will the Dutch manager play and how many players will be OOPs in his line-up. We also see Saints receive the Hammers in an interesting match-up and Stoke look to spook City at the Britannia. In the two late games, world renowned manager Pardew sees his old team come in for a visit, while the Baggies host Gary Monk’s men to help us finish the GW off.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so it is very easy to keep track of how you are doing. If you are in the money slots let us celebrate with you, if you are doing terrible let us laugh a little.

Hi guys, Hope everyone had a much better gameweek then me. I got a mere 44 points. Between gameweeks 6 – 19 I managed 14 green arrows. But i am having a bad run of late which has seen 6 consecutive red arrows. Really want to finish in the top 200k in my first season. Contemplating playing my wildcard during the break but not sure. Have 1FT and 0.7k in the bank. Team for this week looks reasonably solid. Help appreciated.
Tom, you’re doing really well especially for a debut season. Keep the WC for now – maybe use it for the DGW in GW28 if Chelsea-Leicester are playing twice as well as QPR-Spurs. You could have all 11 players with 2 matches each if that happens – maybe that would be too many, but still 6 or 7 good players would be good.
Oh, I was gonna say as well: see discussion on thread 247. I don’t think you’ve got anything wrong, just hang in there and don’t go looking for quick miracle fixes.
No need to wildcard with that team. I’d just do Pieters or Wisdom out for someone like Wollscheid or Naughton so that you have 3 playing defenders.
FFF has Costa going up tonight, but he can’t right? FPL stats says Costa won’t unlock until 19/02/2015 21:18:11. If they want the Current Algorithm Accuracy higher at FFF they really need to change that. Will cost them. 😉
Why cant he go up Raz? he’s been able to go down in price whilst suspended so surely it works both ways?
Well FPL stats says he won’t unluck until 19/02/2015 21:18:11.
And now I take a closer look at ummmmmm FFF I notice that he’s going up 7 percent per hour but he’s still at 0 percent.
Yeah i saw that too. Very confused.
Can anyone clarify what the situation is with him being able to rise in price or not?
Look at it, he will rise again the 19th. THat’s 1 week from now.
Which effectively means he can only rise 0.2m at max. Since it unlocks at 21:18:11 he won’t even go up the first night (I believe/hope), which means he’ll probably just go up 0.1m max. Which is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any thoughts on this team or do I need to make changes. Thanks
We have a 10 day break Kency. I think Kun will be rested for the FA cup match and he should be back for the EPL, Bertrand has 1 more suspension week after that he can play again. Don’t know about Sterling or Jones to be honest, I see Sterling is on Orange even. With some luck all will be fine.
Ps. keep in mind that after the next GW Chelsea/Spurs/QPR/Leicester have a blank gameweek. In your case that’s Costa/Kane/Haz/Fabs/Yun not playing. IT also seems Wisdom is out of favor. You can only field 8 players as it stands now. So I’d make changes based on that. Players I’d look to replace Yun/Wisdom and maybe Fabs. I wouldn’t touch Kane or Hazard.
Razman, the whole Citeh squad will have a rest, they ain’t in the cup.
Yeah, I guess that. Happy Yaya will return. Maybe Kompany can keep a freaking CS with him in the team.

Sergio Aguero has confirmed via his social media account that last nights’ withdrawal [vs Stoke] was a only precaution #MCFC
Good news.
Hey Guys can you please help me sort my team out………I have the season wildcard left…….any tips on how and when to use would be appriciated
any 1 there?
Hey Kaumil, I would hold onto it mate – preferably until there is the chaos of a big DGW when others without a wildcard are hitting to get as many players as possible.
when would be DGWs i know the spurs one……….like will there be any big DGWs? i doubt there would be
I think the normal time is March/April, ie the later rounds of the Cup. You may be right and there may not be any, but I would still hold it for now. Still a lot can happen, big injuries, changes in form etc……you have a big advantage in still having it – lock it away and forget about it for a few weeks is my advice!
yea thanks cookie
Hope can make it to top 10k this time
you’re looking good for it!
Right I’m off, catch ya later
