Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 25 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
GW25 is live! We hope you are somewhat happy with your transfers and are not a nervous wreck because of some last second captaincy change. So kick your feet up or hide behind the couch (your choice) and let T.J. deliver all the team sheets for you. Nothing like a dose of midweek games to keep us all sharp and our FPL players all tired. GW25 kicks off with 4 fixtures including FPL favourites Arsenal with a seemingly easy fixture to accumulate a ton of FPL points. The early games also include a game that promises a cure to insomnia when Hull and Villa tangle in a bore-fest. Which is almost matched by the tension in the air at the Stadium of Light when road warriors QPR look to tickle the Black Cats. Tuesday night is capped off with an intriguing game between Liverpool and Spurs in a battle of future English national team disappointments Kane and Sterling. Wednesday sees six fixtures in all, including some very compelling games. By compelling, I mean better than those on Tuesday. Chelsea welcome the Toffees into their home in what could prove to be a tricky fixture, for 20 minutes or so. LVG’s men receive Burnley and the only real question is what formation will the Dutch manager play and how many players will be OOPs in his line-up. We also see Saints receive the Hammers in an interesting match-up and Stoke look to spook City at the Britannia. In the two late games, world renowned manager Pardew sees his old team come in for a visit, while the Baggies host Gary Monk’s men to help us finish the GW off.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so it is very easy to keep track of how you are doing. If you are in the money slots let us celebrate with you, if you are doing terrible let us laugh a little.

Ivanovic WON’T be charged by the FA.
I like that :smirk: How’re things Cookie?
All good thanks NIN, out on the lash so relaxed and happy! All good with you mate?
Very nice. Have one for me Yeah things are okay with me, mate, cheers. Still a bit stressful, but getting there
Good stuff mate, fight through it, all will be well and your hard graft will be rewarded.
Cheers buddy. Enjoy your bevies
EVenting all bit pissed with myself today but will just have to hang in there out of the top 10k but 68 points from top 1000 so light @ the end of the tunnel
Evening Silver, 10k out of 3mln is pretty special in my book.
Hey Cookie how we doing these bloody no GW are a killer @ least I’m @ my niece Wedding on Sat so will be a good day
Keep at it mate, you’re doing great so far. To be fair, there have been a ton of dodgy GW’s this season with bankers failing all over the shop, so you’re not alone.
How are we NIN thanks mate yes some real funny results I will keep plugging away need a good Cap pick
I’m okay, been quite busy the last few days so not been on here at all. (c) picks should, in theory, be relatively straight forward for a while now. Aguero is firing, Kane DGW, what can possibly go wrong? Everything, i suppose 😉
Nin you just know DGW Kane misfiring are you worried about Kun injuriy
Well, if he does blank then i’ll be sinking with the masses. I cant look past him for that week once he’s fit.
Re Sergio…

He should be fine. Still quite a few days to rest up.
Evening lads. What should I do with this team? Wasn’t the best of weeks and now my team has a few flags and Wisdom doesn’t seem to be playing anymore??
2 FTs and 1.0mil
Hey MattX don’t rush in there are a lot of games inbetween Nk GW I’m not sure why Wisdom isn’t playing but not much wrong with team & remember Che & Tot have blank GW soon , not sure I like Giroud maybe save your FT for double GW
There’s no games this weekend?? Fair enough ill leave him and see what happens. I already have 2 FTs so can’t save up anymore and I was thinking of selling him just didn’t know who to bring in??
MattX Yes if you what to change him you can do but wait unit games have been played your back line isn’t bad you could do Naughton Swa
Ye I’m going to leave any transfers for a while before any confirmations.
MattX – Kinda have to play the waiting game when there is such a big gap, and indeed such an amount of football to be played before next GW. Could well be a fatal error to make a move early. Once your injured players make it for next GW then you could easily keep your FT and use it for the BGW, or indeed use one that week and keep the 2 FT’s for the following DGW. It doesn’t look good for young Norman but it’s not a must-do just yet, for me.
Ye just realised it was the FA cup games on Saturday. I didn’t think I could save more than 2 FTs so will probably use one this week. Who’s Norman??
Bah, i didn’t realize you had said you had 2 FT’s. In that case, i would use one and keep one. Who it gets used for will be decided on who is fit. UCL to be played too mate. Lots of footie
Norman Wisdom. Don’t mind that, i was just being silly
Ye ill have to wait a while before making any confirmations. Haha no problem mate
Any news on Sanchez or Aguero injuries ????
What would you cats do with this lot? Lets assume that Alexis and Sergio are fine. Ahead of GW27 i need to bin Wasilewski and the badly injured Marney. I’m hoping to get through next GW with my FT intact so i can double ship for the BGW. Problem is, funds are seriously limited with just 0.3m in the Mugabe Haifa coffer, so options are narrow. With the BGW being the focus of these transfers, i’m eyeing the Toon v Villa game as a one off punt. Thinking Haidara and maybe a wild punt on Ameobi as he seems to do half decent against the weak teams. Thoughts? Ta.
Hi NIN, I’ve no idea! But you definitely get the prize for the longest and most complicated question of the season
I do try I think Haidara kinda suits my squad but there’s only 4.5m then for a mid. Woeful selection in that bracket, to be fair.
Not sure I’d be lumping on Newcastle as a one off punt but I see where you are coming from. Villa should have a new manager by then too and that may change the outlook on them for a short while.
??
He just wants to know your favourite colour mate.
Any 1 planning to bring costa in?
Would be lovely to have him for Burnley Shane and probably a differential at that point (ghost teams will make up a lot of his ownership at the moment, serious players ditched you’d imagine) but it’s not doable for me and I think that unless you can ride 27 with him on your bench then most will leave him be. Are you thinking about it?
Agreed. If they have a DGW in 28 then i’ll likely take a hit for him, otherwise it can wait another GW i think. He’ll be bought soon though, that’s for sure.
I have terry, Ivan and Haz.
Not sure who I’d drop for Costa tbh.
I’m bringing him back for sure. Not until after burnly and Chelsea missing a game the GW after though.
