Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 26 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 26GW26 is live! After days of deliberation your transfers are done and your captain is picked. So now it is time to sit back and watch the points roll in, hopefully. Our main man T.J. should have the line-ups with you soon, to get the GW going. Saturday sees no lunchtime action as we have six games starting at 3pm. Stoke pays a visit to Villa park and have left all their keepers at home, daring any Villa forward to score. Chelsea receive Burnley in what is the first of two easy game-weeks. Pardew and Wenger battle it out for sexiest man alive when Arsenal’s midfield dwarfs visit Selhurst Park. Hull City welcomes in QPR in a bit of Sunday League action. Pulis leads his all out attack to face a Sunderland side that is looking to achieve mediocrity. In Swansea we will see a Siggy sighting as they look to fend off the sideways long ball attack of LVG’s men. In the last game of the day City welcome in the Toon, who they have managed to pummel 15-1 in their last 5 EPL meetings.
Sunday brings us the last 3 fixtures starting with a lunch time kickoff. Spurs one man show Bale Kane looks to add more goalkeeper scalps to his ever growing collection as the hammers come in after their FA cup disaster. That is followed up by the Toffees rolling out the red carpet for last place Leicester who are always a sight for sore eyes. The GW is concluded when the Saints look to derail Liverpool’s charge for a Champions League spot, in what looks like the best game of the weekend.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so you can see yourself becoming rich right before your very eyes.

  1. Good morning all!!

Who would you replace next week:

  2. Morning peeps.

You’d think that these 3 twats would get more than 1 point between them this weekend wouldn’t you… I really should’ve bought Hutton instead.

    • James

We’ve all had weeks like that mate.

Usually that lot would be good for one CS at the very least smile

      • Haha indeed mate. I was out last night and nearly choked when I saw what Vlaar had done ahaha! Pretty funny actually. smile

Do you think the Villa defence is to be avoided now?

I need to replace Ron and Wasi with two from Hutton / Wollscheid / Haidara.

        • James

I’d maybe go Hutton. Villa did keep some clean sheets whilst Vlaar was out.

I have Wollscheid bit neither he or Haidara are particularly appealing.

          Bellerin? Craig Dawson? Michael Dawson?

        • Good suggestions TGP. I’ll look into them, cheers.

    •

  3. Lloris, Walker, Dier, Vertonghen, Rose; Bentaleb, Mason; Lamela, Dembele, Townsend, Kane.

Adrian, Jenkinson, Tomkins, Reid, Cresswell, Song, Noble, Kouyate, Downing, Sakho, Valencia

    • Cheers TJ. Interesting to see that Chadli remains a sub. Dembele could be a decent option for the double.

    • no Eriksen?

      • Music to my ears. Mini League rivals have him and he’s their last hope of catching me this week. Lady luck seems to be shining on me this week.

  4. No eriksen bit of a shock

    • Might be rested for the upcoming hectic schedule as somebody yesterday pointed out that they have some 6 game in next 17 days that is virtually a game every three day

    • Shanec

He’ll be saved for trying to win in Florence and for the cup final next week.

If Tottenham are winning comfortably without him, he may not appear at all today. Kane may be subbed early too.

  5. Any thoughts on who to get in for these two? Funds are low so options are very limited. I’m considering just replacing one of them and rolling with 10 men next GW, keeping the 2 FT’s for the double week where they will be a lot more profitable. Thoughts?

    • Hi NIN

      Options are indeed limited.

Bruce is the obvious one for me in place of Was. Can’t see right now who your options are at 4.4 in midfield. Albrighton?

      • I’m not sure about Bruce. Albrighton has a blank week too. I have a couple of ideas, but neither really stick out to me. Wasilewski -> Haidara, or, Marney -> Boyd. Either way it would mean playing a 3-4-2 formation, with pretty strong players, keeping the extra FT for the double. Decent idea, or shite? laugh

        • I have my formations mixed up here. Haidara would make it a 4-3-2, and Boyd would make it a 3-4-2 (i think laugh ). Not with it today.

        • Nin

Not logged in so hard to make an assessment but we’re talking bargain basement here.

Bruce i know has been playing and i think was only brought off yesterday when Hull went for it against ten men.

    • Being scouring the market myself for a cheap defender 4.2m or below and the options are pretty crap. You could squeeze Naughton and Cork in there but Swanseas ongoing fixtures arent the best.Haidara as you mentioned yesterday or Bruce are the only other 2 i can really see but cant see them getting many points so playing with 10 and saving a transfer might be a good call.Whats your plans for Gw28 Nin ?? You think Cameron will come straight back in next week ??

      • GW28 will depend on what i do this week, i think. I’d like 2 FT’s for it, but not sure what to do yet. Re Cameron – I think Hughes would be foolish to leave him out this week. Stoke are conceding too many goals.

  6. No Eriksen, weeks just getting better and better :/
