Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 28 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

140304130146-michael-owen-bt-sport-horizontal-galleryGW28 is live! Keep your eye on those team sheets as 3 fixtures will be caught with their pants down and reveal everything to us. What will Timmy Sherwood do with his line up? I am sure that is a question that will have us on the edge of our screens, as they host Mr. Pulis and his merry band of attacking talent. Also Hull City receive Sunderland in what will be a battle of clawless Kitties and Pardew takes his men to the shores of Southampton where he hopes he can go on a double date with the Italian Stallion Pelle.

Wednesday brings us seven lucky fixtures. We are likely to see the Citizens maul Leicester in what hopefully promises many Aguerooooo screams…or a pulled hammy in the 4th minute. In other action, LVG takes his side for a visit to a wee club in the north east, where he hopes to leave Phil Jones. We also see former Monaco coaching legend Arsene Wenger make his way through London for a fixture at Loftus Road where they hope to make QPR borrow their white flags. The Welsh are going to London in a trip that promises to make the wags of Swans players happy as they can get some shopping in and their men distraught as they take a back a probable late winner from Harry and a high credit card bill. The Brittannia plays host on a cold Wednesday night, but a scarier sight for Everton fans could be Tim Howard in goal. Chelsea pay a visit to the Hammers where they hope to pop their bubble and in the last fixture of the day we see Liverpool play host to Burnley. Thankfully for fans of the Merseysiders this game is unlikely to end with a penalty shootout.

In the last game of GW28 we have the second game for QPR and Spurs to complete their double. Where I am sure Harry will break the Hoops hearts with a late winner.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so you can see who will be crying happy tears. Hopefully is YOU!!!

Mornin all. A very meh 52 here with Kane (c), Austin & Bentaleb….. yes Bentaleb, to play!! A punt that didn’t totally backfire! Still first red arrows in 12 weeks. Hope Saturday’s match treats you all well.

Someone should tell those poor Leeds fans it’s sold out. They’ll be pissed off when they arrive.

      NIN says:

4.600 Leeds fans with no tickets? That’s going to be one hell of a brawl 😉

      • How’s your MLS team doing NIN? I should probably scroll up, eh!

        • NIN says:

Weak. Just 18 from two including Keane (c). Bad start. How did you get on?

        • That’s not too bad, is it NIN? I was surprised Keane didn’t get any bonus points though. He usually racks them up.

This is my team. None of my players have played yet, so you’re doing better than me! Notice I’ve cropped my subs off this pic. There’s a good reason for that!

        • Raziel says:

I see in MLS they play with 12 players for each team to mask how much they suck? smile

        • NIN says:

I’m pretty disappointed with Keane’s return, Bry. If Morales kicks off vs Toronto it’s going to hurt. That’s a very interesting team you have there. Balls to the wall, eh? Kaka is a great (c) pick though. My subs are similarly crap laugh

This is what i went for in the end…

          @ nIn
Is every game you play in America a home game? Is that a patriot thing or what? Why are you so hung on Americans anyway? What happened at ya birth that was so terrible?

        • NIN says:

It’s a very entertaining league. All round quality isn’t there just yet but it’s still good to watch. Plus, my man Robbie is playing there! Legend.

so if united get through on Monday their game away to Chelsea on april 18th is cancelled . could it be brought back to the midweek of april 8th or would it be played in may or does that depend on how Chelsea do against psg next week ?

    Raziel says:

PvA will be used as winger now AJ will be out for a few weeks. Yeah bitches.

Copy paste. It a rumor, you guys just had to know this. It’s too good to be true. laugh

      NIN says:

Gomez or Alvarez could be given starts too.

      • Raziel says:

Stop spoiling my mood NiN. First you diss Ibra, now this? Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

        • Raziel says:

Just noticed PvA shares most assists with Larsson. Not only has Larsson played 1000 more minutes, dude plays way further upfront. I really don’t get why Poyet leaves PvA on the bench since his team already sucks so hard at attacking football and has problems scoring goals. Yeah, you’re the draw king, so what? FFS.

        • RedVT says:

Hey Raz, how’s it going? I was planning on selling PvA this week until Hutton got suspended. It’s too bad he isn’t starting consistently, but that’s the risk with a cheapo defender I suppose. I’ll probably hang onto him as there isn’t much out there for that price and I don’t want to use a transfer on it. He’ll be riding the bench most weeks anyway. Are you going to keep him?

        • Raziel says:

Sunderland have trouble scoring. The of Sunderlands last 3 goals were assisted by PvA. Poyet would be crazy not to start him. Even as a mid he’d be great I think. Actually think dude could be better as mid than as leftback, what he’s lacking in quality as a defender he makes up for with his offensive skills. In Holland most leftbacks are failed wingers. 😉

        • Raziel says:

2 out of the 3 goals scored by Sunderland in theit last 4 or 5 fixtures were assisted by PvA I mean. Poyet must see that.

        • Raziel says:

ps. the mood spoiling thing was a joke, don’t want to hurt anyones feelings here. 😉

        • NIN says:

Haha laugh I’d like him to be a mid too, mate! Just wouldn’t bank on it until it actually happens. I agree though, that he should be in their team regularly. He’ll be good backup for my team once i get Skrtel in for next GW.

Oooh, I love the new fix rivals function FFF has to offer. It’s awesome. Really don’t know to do anything anymore, tnx FFF.

    RedVT says:

Good afternoon gang, how’s everyone doing? So what do you need to happen today? I need points from Eriksen and Kane (C), and I need Rose to get a couple of goals scored on him by anyone OTHER than Charlie Austin. laugh

    • 162.1
      NIN says:

      I’ll take a 2-2. Austin&Kane brace’s would suffice, me thinks 😉

      • RedVT says:

Hey NIN, how’s the new job going? Did you start yet? Great night of darts on Thursday, the league table is starting to get really interesting. Good to see Bunting finally play well, and you can tell that MvG is getting really annoyed when he doesn’t win. Should make for some good drama in the coming weeks.

        • NIN says:

Howdy. Haven’t started yet mate. I was in HQ yesterday to pick up uniforms and do an induction so should get a start on Monday. Maybe even tomorrow. Yeah the darts night was top drawer. I loved Wright’s response to van Gerwen.. “Shut up and play darts, you big baby” laugh Classic.

        • RedVT says:

Haha, that was great. And it’s only going to get better because everyone is going to try and put him off if he’s getting rattled by the gamesmanship. I’ve never watched a whole season before, what happens after judgement night or whatever? Do other players come in to the league, or just the bottom guys dropping out?

        • NIN says:

Yep. Very true. He needs to keep the head together or he’ll just give himself problems. Yeah the bottom players drop out and then it’s a race for the semi-finals.

    • 162.2
      Raziel says:

Fun game since I have 3 players in it, 2 solid strikers facing each other and no defenders. So yeah, goals galore.

Austin was really awesome in his last game by the way, I think he could do well the last few weeks. Don’t mind having him since they’re facing just relegation teams the upcoming weeks.
