Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 29 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
GW29 is live! And is it ever with a thrilling lunch time kick off at Selhurst park. Palace receive road warriors QPR in what promises to be at least as good as their first encounter, which ended in a goalless draw. That cracker of a game is followed by 4 games including Arsenal versus the Hammers. This promises to be the most interesting fixture from a fantasy perspective. Although the Hammers have only won one in their last 11 so I am not sure how much of a fight they will put up. The Black Cats will be full of confidence against Villa as the law of averages says they are due a win, having only won twice in their last 18. We also see ‘The Championship’ quality Leicester side receive barely good enough to be in the EPL Hull City. But just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, not to worry as we also have the Baggies welcome Stoke. This being the same Baggie side that managed to lose to Villa twice in less than a week. Thankfully we have a late kick off to rescue this Saturday set of fixtures with 19th place Burnley, OH FFS!! playing City in what is sure to be one way traffic. Geez, that was a depressing Saturday. This would be a good day to take the family out and ignore the EPL, but if you just can’t pass up watching then let it us know your thoughts in the chat below inbetween naps.
Luckily Sunday sees a far better set of fixtures, but with your luck this is the day the missus will pick to want to have a nice family day, outdoors. Mourinho’s men take on Southampton in a match-up of the leagues two best defences. The Toffees receive the Toon, in what looks to be a draw-y affair. As Roberto’s side has drawn their last 4 at home and Newcastle are in the ‘whatever’ stage of their season, safe from relegation and too far away from any European spots. We also see LVG welcome could have been Arsenal legend Harry Kane and his Spurs side to Old Trafford. Hopefully we will get to see another master class in the long square pass from United, as we all continue to learn from the wealth of knowledge emanating from the Dutch manager.
In the only game on Monday, Swansea entertains Liverpool. The Merseysiders have accrued 29 out of a possible 33 points in their last 11 games as they continue their mad dash to claim Arsenal’s 4th place trophy.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

On 15 points with 2 players to go. HAHAHA! Awesome.
Mane was awesome again today by the way. Would love to have him in my team. Next week Eriksen has Leicester at home, Mane has Burnley at home. Better keep FT? Ne?
Probably keep, as Burnley are resilient, but if Eriksen is crap today…
Still keep till the end of the week. Everything depends now on midweek City/Arsenal game. If anything happens to any of those players, I’d kick myself in the head. F-ing Baines starting by the way, just figures he’ll get a penalty goal today. And don’t you people go out and say (if that happens): ”Raz must be really pissed”. :finger:
Hahahha, don’t worry Everton are crap, even if he did you’d have still been ridiculed for keeping him. 😉
2-0 United.
Fellaini and Carrick > Fabregas and Matic.
It’s a non FF related question but for those of you who were born into supporting a successful team, when you loose a match how long are you upset for?
Supergoal Rooney. 3-0 United.
Best United I’ve seen this season. Funnily no Di Maria or Falcao.
The celebration from Rooney haha! Good game so far, wish I’d have gone with my gut and brought in Fellaini instead of Silva for Di Maria!
Best celebration in a long time. Fair play to him
There’s so much going in my head with just 1 FT for the next week.
Aguero to Costa
Austin to Giroud
Bertrand to Alderweireld (Basically to raise up some fund)
Eriksen to Sterling (lets see what happens tomorrow)
Looks like it would just be Aguero to Giroud. Trust Austin more than annoying Kun.
:cuss: :cuss: :cuss:
Aguero to Costa is probably the most kneejerk thing I’ve read in a while.
Sure, he has frustrated these past two gameweeks, but the man is (glass) class.
City won’t give up on the Title (though they may as well) and Aguero will inevitably be involved. Costa may or may not start scoring again but I feel it’s too soon to buy him straight back in. Just one goal in 7 or 8 Prem games.
So annoying it is.
yes i know Kun would be back. But its his price and the worth.
i wanna climb up.
took some hits this season. Some paid off, some didnt.
just wanna be at the top 30k mark by the end of d season. Been there at the 40k mark for few gameweeks and life is tuff.
i would really be happy to finish top 30k considering my second FPL season.
cheers to you and this lovely site.
it makes FPL life a lot easier and free from trouble
I’m sure you can get there mate. It’s frustrating when you linger just below a landmark ranking but with a cool head you can get there.
That’s good going nonetheless, well done, and don’t thank me – haha I just linger around and complain most of the time 😉 – it’s Cookie, init, Kop and the team that make this place tick.
Keeping going! There’s plenty of time left to reach that 30k mark or maybe even higher.
