Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 3 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
The deadline bell has rung, your team has been decided, your skipper chosen and there’s nothing else you can do about it, except sit back and hope you’ve selected well. All the matches take place at the weekend, no Monday night football this week and we kick off as Burnley entertain local rivals and current comedy outfit, Manchester United. Will the Red Devil’s new Angel inspire the team to a turnaround or will memories of Milton Keynes come back to haunt them? Five 3pm kick offs follow, while the early evening game takes place at Goodison as Everton host Chelsea. Three Sunday games follow, culminating with Leicester vs Arsenal.
Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.
Good luck for GW3 from all at FF247!

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is confident that prospective new signing Loic Remy will have no problems coming through a medical, after his planned switch to Liverpool from QPR fell through earlier this summer.

So, after 2 and 1/2 gameweeks, I’ve missed out on 32 points through incorrect decisions to bench and captain players.
That’s pretty bad!
EBC
Know the feeling. Playing Chester rather than Taylor looks like costing me £20 in my manager of the month league.
Equally, my main rival today will get Pelle coming off the bench to replace Wanyama (why you would play Wanyama in the first place is beyond me).
jamesimmo
Chester last week I presume? Aha, damn that’s unfortunate, not sure how I’ve fared in my MOTM but doubt I won.
Some people really do make some weird decisions! #wanyamaed
EBC
Yes, last week. Can’t predict red cards though so not worth getting too upset about.

Had Rooney captain today, took armband off Costa, looking back don’t know why! Also have pieters on the bench so your not the only one haha
jamesimmo
Damn! Unlucky mate. Haha yeah, who’d have know, ah well!
EBC
Other than picking Rooney captain I’ve had a pretty good week. 56 points with Ramsay and Adebayor to come.
How’s everyone else getting on?
Ant0800
41 with Ramsey

58 with Ramsey and chambers left. Hoping the latter doesn’t play however as I have 11 points (pieters) on the bench.

EBC,
That’s a great score considering the captain choice, top stuff!

How’s this for a WC team?
EBC
Good team but I’d recommend Arfield rather than Jones. Jones is a good bench warmer but I can’t imagine ever having the confidence to start him.
Personally I’d also prefer Sturridge or Balotelli instead of Aguero.
Do you have any money left?

Got 0.3 left EBC. Arfield too expensive.
Ant0800
Very nice.
EBC
Any early advice?
Will hold on for most of the GW but thinking Sterling in for Mata (or potentially Ramsey).
Davis and Bruce are problem areas but not really pressing.
